Abstract: A method for joint configuration of power and channel of a WLAN is provided, including: selecting transmitting power of each AP from transmitting power ranges of APs of a WLAN to form an AP transmitting power combination; determining a set of AP operating channel combinations corresponding to each AP transmitting power combination according to operating channels of the APs in the WLAN; calculating an estimated load of each AP corresponding to each AP operating channel combination corresponding to each AP transmitting power combination, and calculating KPIs of the WLAN corresponding to each AP operating channel combination according to the estimated load of each AP; and selecting, according to the calculated KPIs, an optimal channel configuration scheme of the WLAN corresponding to each AP transmitting power combination, and selecting an optimal power and channel configuration scheme of the WLAN, thereby improving throughput and resource utilization efficiency of the WLAN.

Abstract: Aspects and features are directed to an uplink integrity detection sub-system. In one aspect, a distributed antenna system is provided that includes a remote antenna unit that communicates with wireless devices in a coverage area, additional remote antenna units that communicate with wireless devices in additional coverage areas, and a unit that communicates with the remote antenna unit and the additional remote antenna units. The unit includes a distributed antenna system controller. The distributed antenna system controller can determine that an undesirable signal component having a power level exceeding a threshold power is communicated via an uplink path from the remote antenna unit. The distributed antenna system controller can also minimize an impact of the undesirable signal component on the additional coverage areas of the additional remote antenna units. Minimizing the impact can include modifying the gain of the uplink path over which the undesirable signal component is communicated.

Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication apparatus for a non-orthogonal multiple access communication system. The apparatus comprises: a power adjustment unit which is used, for at least some of user equipment included in the communication system, dynamically adjusting the sending power of each of the at least some of the user equipment for each sub-carrier according to channel state information about the communication system, in order that the at least some of the user equipment perform uplink data transmission on corresponding sub-carriers with the adjusted sending power. According to the disclosed apparatus, method and system, at least one of the following technical benefits could be obtained: increasing the channel capacity of the communication system; reducing the bit error rate during the communication; and reducing the interference between corresponding user equipment in the communication system.

Abstract: A method and network node for controlling power of uplink transmissions from a user node when switching between a first operating mode and a second operating mode. The network node signals to the user node a first value of a maximum allowed transmit power to be applied when operating in the first operating mode and a second value of the maximum allowed transmit power to be applied when operating in the second operating mode. The user node then uses a transmit power not exceeding the first value when transmitting radio signals in the first operating mode, and uses a transmit power not exceeding the second value when transmitting radio signals in the second operating mode. The user node itself thereby regulates the transmit power depending on opera mode without requiring further signalling from the network node.

Abstract: A method of handling interference caused by inter-modulation in a network node site comprising a set of network nodes for wireless communication capable of communication with a set of stations for wireless communication is disclosed. The stations are wireless transceiver devices and communication from the network node to any of the stations is considered to be downlink communication and communication from any of the stations is considered to be uplink communication. The method comprises detecting an interference level on the uplink carrier frequency band for a subset of stations of the set of stations, and determining whether the interference level indicates probable inter-modulation interference. If the interference level indicates probable inter-modulation interference, the method proceeds with modifying a power control scheme for the subset of stations, and sending a parameter set based on the modified power control scheme to the subset of stations. A computer program and network node are also disclosed.

Abstract: In response to a user equipment (UE) sending data to a first network side device over a first channel and to a second network side device over a second channel, a method includes determining that the first channel separately overlaps the second channel and a third channel. The method further includes allocating, according to priorities of the first channel and the second channel, a first transmit power to the first subframe j and a second transmit power to the second subframe i. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a first power upper limit. A sum of the first transmit power and the second transmit power is less than or equal to a first threshold. A sum of third transmit power of the third subframe i+1 and the first power upper limit is less than or equal to a preset second threshold.
