摘要: To provide an insulating tape for covering, in which a polyimide film and a fluorinated resin film are laminated with excellent adhesion, and a method for producing a structure, which comprises covering a conductor with such an insulating tape for covering, followed by thermal treatment. The insulating tape for covering, comprises a polyimide film and a fluorinated resin film directly laminated on one or both surfaces of the polyimide film, wherein the fluorinated resin film contains a fluorinated copolymer (A) which has a melting point of from 220 to 320° C. and can be melt-molded and which has at least one type of functional groups selected from the group consisting of carbonyl group-containing groups, hydroxy groups, epoxy groups and isocyanate groups.

摘要: Polyvinyl chloride compositions and films formed therefrom are described which exhibit improved printability and resistance to weathering. The compositions generally comprise polyvinyl chloride having a certain molecular weight, at least one bio-based plasticizer, at least one UV absorber, at least one hindered amine light stabilizer, at least one heat stabilizer, and at least one acid scavenger. Also described are various vinyl-based laminates using the films which can be for example adhesive laminates. Also described are methods of producing the noted films and laminates.

摘要: A conveyor belt obtained by bonding together conveyor belts to be adhered using an adhesive rubber is provided. The conveyor belts to be adhered include a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X1), and carbon black (Y1), the organic peroxide (X1) being contained in an amount of from 0.011 to 0.020 molar equivalents relative to the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer in the conveyor belts to be adhered. The adhesive rubber includes a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X2), and carbon black (Y2), the organic peroxide (X2) being contained in an amount of from 0.017 to 0.022 molar equivalents relative to the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer in the adhesive rubber. A content ratio (X2/X1) of the organic peroxide (X2) to the organic peroxide (X1) is from 1.20 to 2.00.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an ethylene-acrylic rubber composition that is excellent in the compression set and also in the crosslinking bonding even when no secondary crosslinking is caused therein, an ethylene-acrylic rubber produced by causing primary crosslinking in the composition, a rubber metal composite formed by bonding the ethylene-acrylic rubber and a metal with each other, and a bonded piston sealing including the rubber metal composite. The object is achieved by an ethylene-acrylic rubber composition including 1 to 7 PHR by weight of calcium hydroxide relative to 100 PHR by weight of a binary ethylene-acrylic rubber polymer that includes ethylene and an acrylic acid ester, an ethylene-acrylic rubber produced by causing peroxide-crosslinking by primary crosslinking in the ethylene-acrylic rubber composition, a rubber metal composite formed by crosslinking-bonding the ethylene-acrylic rubber and a metal with each other bonded with the primary crosslinking, and a bonded piston sealing including the rubber metal composite.
