    摘要: Systems and methods for incorporating intelligent virtual assistants into advertisements on social networking platforms are provided. When a user interacts with a content item, an intelligent virtual assistant is selected and put into contact with the user. The intelligent virtual assistant is provided with a context that includes information about the user in the social networking platform, information about the user in a customer relationship management platform, and information about the product, service, or entity associated with the content item. The context allows the intelligent virtual assistant to converse with the user in a way that feels natural and relevant to the user and allows the intelligent virtual assistant to answer any questions about the product, service, or entity associated with the content item.

In various embodiments, a computing system might receive, from a user, a request to access at least one network-accessible resource associated with a customer of a service provider, the user being unassociated and unrelated with the customer; might identify at least one of a user identification, a company, or a class of user associated with the user; might determine whether at least one resource record associated with the customer indicates that the user has permission to access the at least one network-accessible resource, based on the identification. If so, the computing system might provide the user with access to the at least one network-accessible resource associated with the customer. If not, the computing system might deny, to the user, access to the at least one network-accessible resource associated with the customer.
