In one embodiment, drops of agricultural input materials are formed for spraying on agricultural fields. In another embodiment, nanofibers of materials such as chitosan or metals are formed. In another embodiment seeds are planted with gel. In another embodiment particles carrying desired agricultural inputs with modified release characteristics are delivered.

摘要: An excavating apparatus having a prime mover with a longitudinal centerline and a main frame (30) with an engine, a ground drive system and an excavation boom operatively attached thereto wherein the excavation boom has a sub-frame (112) with a first end and a second end. The first end of the sub-frame (112) is operatively pivotally attached to the main frame (30) along a main frame pivot axis (114). The main frame pivot axis is transverse to the longitudinal centerline of the prime mover. A head shaft (150) operatively rotatably attached to the second end of the sub-frame (112) along a head shaft axis (151) and the head shaft axis (151) is transverse to the longitudinal centerline of the prime mover. An excavating drum (148) is operatively attached to the head shaft (150) for rotation about the head shaft axis (151). The head shaft (150) is operatively pivotally attached to the second end of the sub-frame (112) along an axis (124) which is fixed with or parallel to a line (124a) which is fixed with respect to the main frame pivot axis (114) and which is substantially perpendicular to the main frame pivot axis (114) whereby the position of the head shaft axis (151) can be adjusted with respect to the position of the main frame pivot axis (114) from a position parallel to the main frame pivot axis (114) to positions not parallel to the main frame pivot axis (114). Also, the excavation drum (148) is mounted onto the head shaft (150) in a manner that the excavation drum (148) cooperates with the excavation chain (142) and a fixed cutter pattern of the excavation chain (142) to stay in consistent alignment with the fixed cutter pattern of the excavation drum (148).

摘要: An all-earth foundation trencher has a digger body (1) pivotal selectively on a track-laying chassis (7). The digger body has an earth-mover blade (16) that is manipulatable multi-directionally on a front end. A digger boom (19) has a base end that is pivotal vertically forward from an aft end of the digger body. A digger head (22) is manipulatable on a digger end of the digger boom for power-digging foundation trenches having desired widths and depths in all likely consistencies of earth that ranges from hard and rocky earth to loose dirt. Conveyors (28–31) are positioned intermediate the track-laying chassis and the digger head for conveying removed earth sufficiently far from either or both sides of a foundation trench that the removed earth will not spill back into the foundation trench. A laser guide (99) proximate the digger head provides control assurance of accurate attitudinal digging. Operational controllers (102) include control knobs (104) on knob plates (49) positioned on a control panel (45). The operational controllers are articulated for controlling hydraulic actuators through a control communicator (101) by selective communication with the control knobs for low-profile, convenient and non-fatiguing ergonomic control of operations.

摘要: A device feeds curable, liquid containing material, especially residual concrete, residual mortar and the like, to a separator for separating the material into defined individual components. The feeding device includes a receiving trough for the material, in which a conveying screw is rotatably arranged. Through its rotation, the screw conveys the material to the separator. There is a barrier between the receiving trough and the separator which prevents liquid exchange, and that barrier is bridged by a transfer device which enables metered conveyance of the material through the barrier.

摘要: A specified-quantity supply apparatus of the invention transfers a specified amount of a cooking material. The apparatus is formed of a material stocker for retaining the cooking material therein, a pair of blade rollers disposed in the material stocker to be parallel to each other, and a screw disposed below the blade rollers and rotating around a shaft extending parallel to shafts of the blade rollers to transfer the cooking material falling from the blade rollers toward a discharge port. A material detection sensor may be disposed above the screw to detect the cooking material on the screw, and a rotational speed of the blade rollers may be controlled based on a detection result of the material detection sensor. A control device may control rotation of the blade rollers for a specified period of time after number of rotation of the screw reaches a set value. Thus, a required amount of the cooking material is constantly supplied on the screw.

摘要: An improved auger design comprises a one-piece assembly with bearings at both the inboard and outboard ends of the auger flight to self-support the auger flight within a discharge tube of the feed bin. 摘要: Apparatus and a method for permanently joining integrally formed plastic screw conveyor modules is disclosed. A support means supported by a base supports a multiplicity of previously joined modules. A holding means also mounted to the base supports a single module to be joined to the already joined modules. The holding means supports the single module such that the axial member of the single module is aligned with the axial member of the multiplicity of modules. A melting means such as a heating plate is placed in firm contact between the ends of the modules to be joined until the plastic begins to melt. The heating plate is then removed and the modules while being supported firmly along their axis are pressed together and maintained in such a position until the melted plastic begins to solidify and thereby joining or bonding the single module to the already joined modules.
