摘要: A protective film forming composition which has a good mask (protection) function against a wet etching liquid and a high dry etching rate during processing of a semiconductor substrate and also has good coverage even for a stepped substrate, and from which a flat film can be formed due to a small difference in film thickness after being embedded; a protective film produced using the composition; a substrate with a resist pattern; and a method for producing a semiconductor device. This composition contains: (A) a compound having three or more carboxyl groups; (B) a resin or a monomer; and a solvent. The compound (A) having three or more carboxyl groups preferably has a ring structure. This ring structure is preferably selected from among an aromatic ring having 6-40 carbon atoms, an aliphatic ring having 3-10 carbon atoms, and a heterocyclic ring.

摘要: Phenalkamine epoxy curing agent for outdoor top coat application A novel Mannich reaction based phenalkamine for outdoor application which includes a) para substituted phenol reaction product with polyamine and aldehyde, b) adduct with epoxy resin containing two glycidyl groups. Phenalkamine produced is diluted with an inert solvent. The top coat shows good ultra violet radiation stability, low colour, colour and gloss retention, low viscosity with excellent corrosion resistance. The two-pack epoxy resin paint composition based on Phenalkamine curing agent for outdoor application has very good adhesion as undercoat and very good over coating performance as top coat.

摘要: A fabrication method for a press hardened part is provided. A sheet or a steel substrate blank for heat treatment is provided. A pre-coating is applied. The pre-coating has at least one layer of aluminum or aluminum alloy in contact with the steel substrate on at least one of the principal faces of the sheet or blank. Then a polymerized layer is deposited on the pre-coating. The polymerized layer has a thickness between 2 and 30 μm. The polymerized layer does not contain silicon, has a nitrogen content of less than 1% by weight and carbon pigments in a quantity between 3 and 30% by weight. The blank or the sheet is heated to obtain an interdiffusion between the steel substrate and the pre-coating and to give the steel a partly or totally austenitic structure. Then the blank or the sheet is hot stamped to obtain a part. The part is cooled by holding the part in a stamping tool so that the microstructure of the steel substrate includes, at least in a portion of the part, martensite or bainite.

摘要: Disclosed are systems for treating a substrate comprising a deoxidizing composition and a coating composition. The second component comprises a diamine and/or a polyamine comprising a cyclic ring (A2) and/or an amine-functional adduct (A3).
