摘要: An acquisition unit acquires positional information. A storage unit stores a list in which a plurality of correspondence relationships between an area including positional information that can be acquired in the acquisition unit and an identifier are included. A selection unit selects, from the list stored in the storage unit, an identifier corresponding to the positional information acquired in the acquisition unit. A communication unit receives, from a calling device, a call signal including an identifier to be called. A control unit makes, when the identifier included in the call signal received in the communication unit matches the identifier selected in the selection unit, the communication unit execute communication.

摘要: An event information memory stores an occurrence time of an event so as to cause the occurrence time of the event to correspond to each of monitoring targets in which the events occurred (or are scheduled to occur) among a plurality of the monitoring targets. Based on position information for displaying each of a plurality of monitoring targets on a general view, a controller instructs control to draw an event display image on the general view so as to cause the event display image to correspond to the monitoring target in which the event occurred (or scheduled to occur), the monitoring target being stored in the event information memory. The event display image includes: a circular portion indicating a predetermined time in a circumferential direction, an indicator indicating a current hour or minute, and an event occurrence time display portion caused to correspond to the occurrence time of the event.

摘要: A motion vector predictor candidate generation unit derives a plurality of motion vector predictor candidates by prediction from first coded prediction blocks neighboring a prediction block subject to coding within the same picture as the prediction block subject to coding, or from a second coded prediction block located at the same position as or in the neighborhood of the prediction block subject to coding in a picture different from that of the prediction block subject to coding, and adds the derived motion vector predictor candidates in a motion vector predictor candidate. The motion vector predictor candidate generation unit determines, for the purpose of obtaining a predetermined number of motion vector predictor candidates, which of first coded prediction blocks provides the motion vector from which to derive the motion vector predictor candidate, organizing the blocks in the order of priority.

摘要: A first vector predictor candidate list generating unit generates a first motion vector predictor candidate list from motion vectors of encoded neighboring blocks to blocks to be encoded. A second vector predictor candidate list generating unit generates a second motion vector predictor candidate list from motion vectors of blocks at the same positions as the blocks to be encoded in an encoded image and neighboring blocks to the blocks at the same positions. A combination determining unit determines whether to generate a third vector predictor candidate list combining the first and second vector predictor candidate lists by comparison of a block size of the blocks to be encoded and a threshold size. A vector predictor candidate list deciding unit generates the third vector predictor candidate list from the first vector predictor candidate list.

摘要: A microphone receives speech data to be transmitted. A business wireless communication unit transmits the received speech data. A processing unit causes a storage unit to store the speech data and time information for identifying blocks produced by dividing the received speech data into a plurality of blocks. The business wireless communication unit receives a request signal for requesting transmission of the speech data stored in the storage unit, the request signal including the time information. The processing unit acquires from the storage unit the speech data for the block identified based on the time information included in the received request signal, and causes the business wireless communication unit to transmit the acquired speech data.

A selected candidate generator generates a new candidate of the motion information by combining the motion information of a first prediction list derived by the first motion information deriving unit and the motion information of the second prediction list derived by a second motion information deriving unit.
