Abstract:
A wheelchair is disclosed having two adjustment structures for allowing adjustment of the elevation of two handlebars relative to the two parallel vertical main frame bars thereof, each adjustment structure including a holder block fixedly provided at the top of the respective vertical main frame bar to accommodate the respective handlebar, a holding down block movably mounted in the holder block, and a locking lever pivoted to the holder block for moving a locating rod into one of a vertically aligned series of locating holes at the respective handlebar and forcing the holding down block against the respective handlebar.
Abstract:
A system and method are disclosed for performing digital multi-channel decoding of a BTSC composite audio signal. Each subsequent stage of the digital multi-channel decoding process is performed at the lowest sampling rate that yields acceptable performance for that stage. Analog-to-digital conversion of the composite audio signal is performed first to generate a composite digital audio signal. After analog-to-digital conversion, all signal processing may be performed in the digital domain. The composite digital audio signal is digitally filtered to frequency compensate for variations caused by previous stages of processing, including IF demodulation. Digital channel demodulation and filtering are performed to isolate single channels of the composite digital audio signal such as SAP, L−R, and L+R channels. SAP and L−R channels are DBX decoded resulting in corresponding decoded signals using a unique combination of digital filters that are an efficient translation of a corresponding combination of analog filters. The decoded L−R channel and the L+R channel are re-matrixed to form left and right stereo signals. Any of the SAP signal, left and right stereo signals, and L+R channel signal may be sample rate converted and output at a standard audio output rate.
Abstract:
A technique for testing a memory array. More particularly, embodiments of the invention relate to a memory array testing architecture in which a memory array within a device under test (DUT) is able to be tested at speeds substantially similar to those under typical operating conditions of the memory array without incurring significant die real estate and power penalties.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to application of compounds of formula (1) (Gibberellins) and their derivatives for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition or medicaments for the treatment of diabetes, its complications and associated conditions, including obesity, micro and macro vascular diseases, nephropathy, neuropathy, eye diseases, diabetic ulcerations and the like. The method results the normalization of serum glucose level and other physiological conditions.
Abstract:
A system and method are used to perform division or complex division using multiplication and/or summation devices and steps. A numerator and denominator of a complex division signal are filtered. A separate determination of their values is performed using separate logic systems. The separate values are multiplied together for form an output signal. The denominator logic system converts the complex division signal into a signal that is processed using multiplication and summation devices. The processing adjusts an approximated past value using an error value. The error value can be based on a present value, a past value, and a scaling coefficient.
Abstract:
A metal interconnect structure and method of making the same implants ions of an alloy elements into a copper line through a via. Then ion implantation of the alloy elements in the copper line through the via provides improved electromigration properties at the copper line at a critical electromigration failure site, without attempting to provide alloy elements throughout the entire copper line.
Abstract:
A motor drive mounting arrangement includes a wheel holder fixedly fastened to the front end of the main shaft member of a golf cart to hold a motor holder and a transmission gearbox, a driving wheel supported on the transmission gearbox for synchronous rotation to move the golf cart upon operation of the motor in the motor holder, a battery holder mounted on the main shaft member of the golf cart to support the golf bag being carried on the golf cart and controlled by a circuit control box at the wheel holder to provide battery power supply to the motor in the motor holder.
Abstract:
A folding collapsible golf cart includes a front main shaft holding an upper golf bag cradle, a handle pivoted to a front end of the front main shaft and locked in one of a series of angles between the collapsed position and the extended working position, a rear main shaft pivoted to a rear of the front main shaft and locked between the collapsed position and the extended working position and holding a lower golf bag cradle and a wheel bracket, two wheel holder frames bilaterally pivoted to the wheel bracket and holding a respective wheel, and two links bilaterally coupled between the wheel holder frames and a mounting frame at the rear end of the front main shaft. The handle has curved portions, which prevent the handle from touching the heads of the golf clubs kept in the golf bag carried on the upper golf bag cradle and the lower golf bag cradle.
Abstract:
