Abstract:
A device for storing error information of a memory device includes a plurality of parent memories and a plurality of child memories. Each of the parent memories stores a row address and a column address of one defective cell. Each of the child memories stores a column address of a defective cell, having a row address identical to a row address stored in the corresponding parent memory, or a row address of a defective cell, having a column address identical to a column address stored in the corresponding parent memory. Herein, each of the parent memories stores information about information about whether a row repair must be performed to repair a defective cell stored in the parent memory and information about whether a column repair must be performed to repair a defective cell stored in the parent memory.

Abstract:
To provide a fine fibrous cellulosic material capable of producing a saccharide in a high yield by hydrolysis; to provide a process for producing the fine fibrous cellulosic material from a cellulosic material; and to provide a process for producing the saccharide using the fine fibrous cellulosic material. The present invention is the fine fibrous cellulosic material containing cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, which the fine fibrous cellulosic material has a width of 1 μm or less and a length of 5,000 μm or less and is used for glycation reaction by hydrolysis.
Abstract:
A substrate processing system and substrate transferring method is capable of improving substrate-transferring efficiency by transferring a substrate bi-directionally through a substrate transferring device between two rows of processing chambers, and transferring the substrate to a precise position by rotating the substrate transferring device. The processing system includes a transfer chamber, a bi-directional substrate transferring device; and processing chambers which apply a semiconductor-manufacturing process to the substrate. The processing chambers are linearly arranged along two confronting rows, and the transfer chamber is between the two rows of processing chambers. The substrate transferring device includes a moving unit inside the transfer chamber; a bi-directional substrate transferring unit in the moving unit, that transfers the substrate to the processing chamber through a bi-directional sliding movement; and a rotating unit between the moving unit and the bi-directional substrate transferring unit, that rotates the bi-directional substrate transferring unit at a predetermined angle.
