The present invention relates to a modified inorganic material with excellent cation exchange capacity. In addition, the invention relates to a method of preparing the modified inorganic material, a composite electrolyte membrane comprising the modified inorganic material powder that has excellent methanol-repelling ability, and a fuel cell comprising the composite electrolyte membrane. The modified inorganic material includes an inorganic material, and a cation exchanger bonded to the inorganic material.

A liquid crystal panel includes a first type pixel and a second type pixel that are formed adjacent to each-other. The first type pixel has a first layout of respective first and second sub-pixels, and the second type pixel has a second layout of respective first and second sub-pixels. The first layout is different from the second layout such that the liquid crystal panel is driven according to dot inversion with alternating first and second sub-pixels determining the image displayed on the liquid crystal panel for preventing vertical faults.

A methanation catalyst, a carbon monoxide removing system, a fuel processor, and a fuel cell including the same, and more particularly a non-supported methanation catalyst including the catalytically active non-precious metal particles and the metal oxide particles, and a carbon monoxide removing system, a fuel processor, and a fuel cell including the same. The methanation catalyst has high selectivity for the methanation of carbon monoxide instead of the methanation of carbon dioxide and the reverse water gas shift reaction of carbon dioxide, which are side reactions of the methanation of carbon monoxide, maintains high concentration of generated hydrogen as small amounts of hydrogen and carbon dioxide are consumed, and effectively removes carbon monoxide at low operating temperatures of 200° C. or less.

A method of forming a pattern includes: providing a heating substrate that selectively controls positions where heat is generated by controlling locations where electric current flows; forming a pattern forming material on a surface of the heating substrate; aligning a patterning substrate, on which a pattern may be formed, to face a surface of the heating substrate; and selectively applying electric current to the heating substrate to transfer some of the pattern forming material onto the patterning substrate. According to the method of forming the pattern and a method of fabricating an OLED, the pattern is transferred by heating the pattern forming material formed on the heating substrate, and thus, the pattern may be formed with high accuracy without using a mask, and the pattern forming material remaining on the heating substrate may be re-used.
