    摘要: A maximum power point detecting circuit is disclosed including: a power detector for generating a power detecting signal responsive to an output voltage and an output current of a solar cell; a comparator for comparing a previous power average value with a current power average value according to the power detecting signal for a constant time; and a discriminator for latching an output signal of the comparing means immediately after a current constant time, setting an output immediately before a previous constant time, and judging that an output power of the solar cell decreases when the current power average value is smaller than the previous power average value to generate a discriminating signal.

    摘要: A time-compensated overcurrent detection circuit shuts off a D.C. motor during large overcurrent conditions caused by actual constraints on the motor. The circuit prevents premature motor shut off by establishing a minimum activation time for shutting off the D.C. motor. An overcurrent time compensator establishes a minimum time period for activating a motor reset signal after sensing an overcurrent condition. The circuitry uses a relatively small capacitor that provides quick response to overcurrent conditions.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a wireless access system, and more particularly, to a method for saving power of a femto base station. The present invention includes obtaining reference synchronization information used in a prescribed area to enable a first femto base station to perform a sleep mode operation, shifting to a sleep mode if a mobile station does not exist within the first femto base station, and enabling the first femto base station to be synchronized with at least one second femto base station belonging to the prescribed area using the reference synchronization information, wherein each of the femto base stations included in the prescribed area achieves synchronization of the sleep mode operation using the reference synchronization information. Accordingly, it is able to minimize power consumption of a femto base station and interference with a macro cell in a wireless access system supporting a femtocell. And, a mobile station within a femtocell is able to perform reliable communications.

    摘要: The present invention relates to methods for performing fast handover by a terminal in an environment in which multiple femto base stations exist. A method for performing handover by a terminal includes transmitting, to a serving femto base station, a message for requesting seamless handover within a group including multiple femto base stations, the serving femto base station belonging to the group; receiving, from the serving femto base station, first command message including power information and allocation information; broadcasting an uplink signal that is applied with transmission power indicated by the power information, through an uplink resource indicated by the allocation information; receiving second command messages including measurements of the uplink signal measured by the multiple femto base stations from the serving femto base stations; and performing network re-entry to a target base station among the femto base stations.
