The shaped body includes a ceramic material and a luminescence conversion substance. The first machined area extends essentially parallel to the first lateral surface. Singularization is performed to produce a plurality of luminescence conversion elements by means of cuts that are made in the machined main surface of the machined shaped body essentially at right angles to the first lateral surface.

    摘要: The embodiments relate to a piezoelectric component including at least one fully active piezoelectric element comprising electrode layers and piezoelectric layers arranged therebetween. The electrode layers are conveyed to a lateral edge of the piezoelectric element and contacted there. The external electrode is attached in a structured fashion for electrical contacting and/or a structured external electrode is made available: The external electrode essentially includes two components, namely the contacting field and the contacting path. In the event of several piezoelectric elements (piezoelectric actuator in multilayer structure) stacked one above the other, the contacting path functions as a collector electrode, which connects the contacting fields of the piezoelectric elements to one another. The insulation path exists for the electrical insulation of the contacting path from electrode layers which are not to be contacted. A reliable contacting of the electrode layers is possible with the structure according to the invention. A fully active, piezoceramic multilayer actuator with the described contacting is used in automotive engineering for activating fuel injection valves.

    摘要: A lead-zirconate-titanate ceramic has texturing, with textured nuclei containing barium-titanate crystallites, wherein the barium-titanate crystallites have a substantially equal crystal characteristic, including form anisotropy, and an orientation in the lead-zirconate-titanate ceramic. A method for the production of a PZT ceramic has the following steps: a) providing the barium-titanate crystallite, b) mixing the barium-titanate crystallite and a starting material of the lead-zirconate-titanate into a ceramic green body such that the barium-titanate crystallites in the green body have an orientation, and c) heat-treating the green body. The heat treatment has calcination and sintering of the piezo-ceramic composition. The barium-titanate crystallites are used in a “template grain growth process” as crystallization nuclei. The piezo-ceramic component is, for example, an ultrasonic transducer or a piezo-ceramic bender actuator. In particular, the piezo-ceramic component is a multilayer piezo actuator, which is used to actuate a fuel valve of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle.
