Abstract:
A folding structure for a foldable container having a base platform, bottom side rails disposed at both sides of the base platform, and corner posts disposed at both sides of the bottom rails. The corner posts are pivotally attached to the bottom side rails via pins and the sides of the corner posts are provided with corner post locking devices which can hold the corner posts in an upright position or a folded down position. The corner post locking device includes inner locking apertures arranged on both sides of the ends of the bottom side rails. Outer locking apertures are arranged on both sides of the lower ends of the corner posts which correspond to the inner locking apertures when the corner posts are in the upright position. Threaded taper pins are further provided which engage with the inner and outer locking apertures correspondingly.
Abstract:
A first layer of magnetic material is deposited onto a substrate to form a bottom pole of an inductive transducer. A second layer of magnetic material is plated on the first layer of magnetic material within the pole tip region to form a bottom pole extension. A layer of non-magnetic metal is then plated on the bottom pole extension to form the gap. A third layer of magnetic material is then plated on the gap layer to form the top pole extension. In one form of the invention, a mask is employed to define a good zero throat level surface to the pole tip region.
Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a conversion and conduction structure for a power converter, comprising the power converter including an upper cover of a main body, a lower cover of the main body, a bracket, a UK-standard pin assembly, a US-standard pin assembly, a hybrid plug assembly of the type CEE7/7, a CN-standard or an AU-standard pin assembly; Plugs in different countries are correspondingly connected in conduction with pins of different national specifications, especially ground wires in plugs in different countries are connected in conduction with pins of ground wires of different national specifications, thereby improving the safety of the power converter.
Abstract:
A system includes a processor that accesses a sequence of device events S from IoT network traffic and a plurality of user activity signatures, each user activity signature U in the plurality of user activity signatures being a known sequence of device events. The processor is configured to infer a user activity by way of approximate user activity signature matching.
Abstract:
Systems and method for arbitrating requests to a shared memory system for reducing power consumption of memory accesses, comprises determining power modes associated with memory channels of the shared memory system, assigning priorities to the requests based at least in part on the power modes, and scheduling the requests based on the assigned priorities. Latency characteristics and page hit rate are also considered for assigning the priorities.
Abstract:
In one or more embodiments, a mobile device can determine its speed and can utilize a wireless network based on its determined speed. In one example, the mobile device can be within a communications range of a wireless access point that implements a wireless local area network and can utilize a mobile telephone network for data communications rather than the wireless local area network when the mobile device is traveling at or above a certain speed. In another example, the mobile device can receive a signal from the wireless access point and, based on the signal and the speed of the mobile device, the mobile device can utilize the wireless access point at or above the certain speed. For instance, the signal can include a beacon indicating that the wireless access point can be utilized for data communications when the mobile device is traveling at or above a certain speed.
Abstract:
A load balancing in a multiple DRAM system comprises interleaving memory data across two or more memory channels. Access to the memory channels is controlled by memory controllers. Bus masters are coupled to the memory controllers via an interconnect system and memory requests are transmitted from the bus masters to the memory controller. If congestion is detected in a memory channel, congestion signals are generated and transmitted to the bus masters. Memory requests are accordingly withdrawn or rerouted to less congested memory channels based on the congestion signals.
Abstract:
A method and system for providing an indoor map representation are provided herein. Aspects of this disclosure provide a representation of an indoor map environment whereby navigable areas are represented by a series of convex polygons in adjacency relationships with one another. Image analysis may be performed on a floor plan image to identify navigable areas and to determine the boundaries of the polygons, such as by assigning one or more colors to navigable space and one or more colors to non-navigable space. Route-finding operations may be performed using the adjacency relationships to find a path from a source area to a destination area.
Abstract:
A periodic checkpoint method for a file system replication source. The method comprises generating a first checkpoint at a first time on a file system replication source and identifying a set of data objects from the replication source that have been modified during a time period between the first time and a subsequent second time. A periodic checkpoint is then generated at the second time on the file system replication source by using the set of data objects.
Abstract:
The disclosure discloses a method for hierarchically managing storage resources, which comprises: planning a storage space, establishing an address management index, and storing or reading data according to the index and a type of the data. The disclosure further discloses a system for hierarchically managing storage resources. Through the method and system of the disclosure, space can be better saved, storage requirements of data of different sizes can be met, and the storage space can be flexibly recorded and released.
