Abstract: Presented herein are techniques to support handovers in hybrid cell configuration environments. In one example, a method may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is connected to a first shared cell or a first unique cell of a radio access network; and causing a handover for the UE to a second shared cell or a second unique cell of the radio access network based on whether the UE is connected to the first shared cell or the first unique cell, wherein the handover is performed between one of the first shared cell and the second shared cell or the first unique cell and the second unique cell.

Abstract: Cluster formation for networks for Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Time-Difference-of-Arrival (TDoA) networks may be provided. A plurality of anchors may be set to a primary setting. Synchronization messages may then be broadcast by the plurality of anchors. Then the plurality of anchors may send responses to the synchronization messages. A room consensus may be performed to determine probabilities of obstacles between the plurality of anchors. The plurality of anchors may then send proposals of one or more clusters based on the room consensus. One or more clusters may be formed by the plurality of anchors based on the proposals.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for improving resource management in Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) networks include a Spectrum Access System (SAS) in coordination with one or more CBRS devices (CBSDs) and a Digital Network Architecture center (DNA-C). Resource allocation decisions can be based on one or more policies such as a priority, a preemption capability index and/or a preemption vulnerability index associated with the CBSDs. Resource allocation can also be based on inter-access point (AP) coordination between two or more CBSDs and comparative performance indicators of the two or more CBSDs. Managing interference between two or more groups of CBSDs can be based on the inter-AP coordination and group identifiers associated with the two or more groups. Bandwidth allocation can be modified to the two or more CBSDs and seamless transition can be implemented using timers.

Abstract: A method comprises: at a radio access network configured to communicate with a user equipment (UE) wirelessly, an access and mobility management function (AMF), and a positioning service, and through which the UE attached to a network using an attach procedure with the AMF: upon receiving a request for a location of the UE from the positioning service, scheduling resource blocks, configured for acquiring location measurements, across multiple radio units (RUs) of the radio access network, such that the resource blocks are synchronized in time and frequency across the multiple RUs; by the multiple RUs, exchanging, with the UE, the resource blocks as synchronized, and acquiring the location measurements from the multiple RUs based on exchanging; and forwarding the location measurements to the positioning service to enable the positioning service to determine the location of the UE based on the location measurements.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a comprehensive Route Selection Policy (URSP) based on Wi-Fi multi-link operation. In one aspect, a method includes identifying a user device connected to an enterprise network that provides network connectivity to user devices over multiple radio access technologies; receiving network capability information indicating that the user device is capable of a multi-link operation over a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi network being one of the multiple radio access technologies; determining a URSP for the user device, wherein the URSP is a singular route selection policy for the user device to send and receive data over the multiple radio access technologies and defines, in part, a per-application traffic routing rule for routing a portion of traffic for an application used on the user device, over one of multiple links available on the Wi-Fi network; and transmitting the URSP to the user device.

Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to a process of dynamically assigning operational parameters for access points within a CBRS (Citizen Broadband Radio Service) network. In particular, the disclosed technology monitors for and detects interference between nearby access points and user equipment devices that may belong to the same enterprise or to different enterprises. Machine learning processes are used to revise the operational parameters that were initially assigned by the Spectrum Access System (SAS). These processes are also used to suggest an updated set of operational parameters to the SAS for the access points. The dynamic assignment reduces interference experienced by the access point with respect to nearby other access points and/or nearby other user equipment. The dynamic assignment aims to improve a quality of communication between the access point and its associated user equipment.

Abstract: Presented herein are techniques to facilitate delivering standalone non-public network (SNPN) credentials from an enterprise authentication server to a user equipment (UE) using an Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) process. In one example, a method may include determining, by an authentication server of an enterprise, that a UE for the enterprise is to receive credentials to enable the UE to connect to a SNPN of the enterprise in which the determining is performed based, at least in part, on connection of the UE to an access network that is different than the SNPN for the enterprise; and performing an authentication process with the UE by the authentication server in which the authentication process includes providing the credentials to the UE via a first authentication message and obtaining confirmation from the UE via a second authentication message that indicates successful provisioning of the credentials for the UE.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing access prioritization to a private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network operating in a Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum include receiving, at a network device of the private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, a functional group associated with a user equipment (UE) and a traffic load of a cell of the private LTE network associated with the UE. An access priority associated with the functional group and the traffic load is determined and provided to a CBRS access point (AP) which controls access to the cell. The access priority indicates to the CBRS AP a priority with which the UE is allowed to access the cell and can include a high priority, a low priority, or no access indication.
