摘要： A brake disc, in particular an internally ventilated brake disc, implemented as a casting includes a friction ring having an inner toothed rim and a neck materially separated therefrom and retained against rotation by an outer toothed rim. The neck is connecting to a wheel hub. Cast-in sliding elements are provided between the teeth to allow for a radial displacement of the friction ring relative to the neck. Each sliding element has a U-shape, the opposite legs thereof being disposed between the radially and axially oriented side faces of the associated teeth facing each other, wherein a web connecting the legs extends radially.

A magnetically permeable, prefabricated pole wheel is placed in a mold for forming the wheel hub, and the mold is filled with a melt composed of a magnetically impermeable material in the solidified state. The melt fills the apertures formed between adjacent teeth of the pole wheel, while a shape of the pole wheel is substantially maintained.

摘要： A pneumatic disc brake for utility vehicles has two brake pad carrier plates to which brake pads are fixed. The disc brake is equipped with an application device which has two pressure plungers. By way of a force-absorbing connection between the pressure plungers and the facing surface of the brake pad carrier plate, a bridge is relieved of bending stresses. The end faces of the pressure plungers and at least the contact faces of the facing brake pad carrier plate are provided with profilings, which engage into one another in a form-fitting manner, such that at least in the event of full-load braking, each brake pad is moved in the peripheral direction.

摘要： A parking brake for a commercial vehicle equipped with an air-operated service brake is configured in such a way that the actuating energy for the brake is reduced in comparison to a configuration with a spring brake cylinder, while the installation space in the wheel area is minimized. Primary functional parts of the parking brake include an inner race and an outer race, which delimit an annular gap. Displaceable tapered-roller bearings are located in the annular gap. To adopt a release position in opposition to the action of a compression spring, the tapered roller bearings are disengaged from the conical surfaces of the inner race and the outer race.

The adjusting system has at least one or more adjusting devices also arranged on the reaction side of the brake disc, and preferably on each side of the brake disc.
