Abstract: A user terminal according to an embodiment is a user terminal configured to exist in a first cell in a mobile communication system that supports a D2D proximity service between the user terminal configured to exist in the first cell and a user terminal configured to exist in a second cell. The user terminal comprises: a controller configured to measure a timing difference between a timing of a signal received from the first cell and a timing of a signal received from the second cell; and a transmitter configured to notify a base station configured to manage the first cell, of the timing difference.

Abstract: In the communication control method according to the present embodiment, a user terminal transmits a scheduling assignment indicating the location of a radio resource used in a reception of communication data by direct device-to-device communication. The user terminal transmits the communication data including initial transmission data and retransmission data by using the radio resource. The retransmission data is transmitted depending on the number of times of re-transmissions associated with a predetermined scheduling assignment by using a predetermined radio resource of which the location is indicated by the predetermined scheduling assignment.

Abstract: A user terminal transmits and/or receives downlink traffic through cellular/WLAN aggregation by using a first communication and a second communication. The downlink traffic is divided into traffic for cellular communication network and traffic for WLAN. The user terminal further transmits an uplink control signal through the cellular/WLAN aggregation by using the first communication and without using the second communication. The user terminal further notifies the base station of a report regarding the second communication by the first communication. The report indicates a radio link failure in the second communication and includes a reason for the radio link failure. The reason includes a first reason and a second reason. The first reason relates to a radio environment in the second communication. The second reason does not relate to the radio environment.

An idle mode extended DRX cycle is applied to the third formula, which is represented by H-SFN mod TeDRX=α mod TeDRX, where the H-SFN represents a hyper-frame number of the paging hyper-frame, the TeDRX represents the number of the hyper-frames corresponding to the idle mode extended DRX cycle, and the α represents a value specific to the user equipment.
