    摘要: There is disclosed a fault tolerant duplex computer system capable of increasing accuracy of processing to be continued by collecting trouble information without stopping duplex running. CPU's (112, 122), memories (113, 123), and IO processors (114, 124) of systems (110, 120) announce a reparable trouble to fault diagnosis processors (116, 126) when the generated trouble can be repaired, and an irreparable trouble when the generated trouble cannot be repaired. When an out-of-sync situation is confirmed, the out-of-sync situation is announced. A fault monitoring section (130) updates reparable trouble information (131) of a relevant system when the reparable trouble is received, and irreparable trouble information (132) of a relevant system when the irreparable trouble is received. Upon reception of the out-of-sync situation, a synchronous processing instruction is made by setting the system of a smaller amount of trouble information as an active system and the system of a larger number of trouble information as a standby system.

    摘要: The substrate processing system has an ozone generator that generates and supplies an ozone-containing gas to plural or N (N is a natural number not less than 2) ozone process units.     摘要: There is disclosed a system equipped with information processors of control and standby systems interconnected to communicate with each other. The information processor of the control system executes a POST operation and a starting operation (S101 to S103), and instructs execution of a POST operation to the information processor of the standby system after completion of the starting operation (S104). Meanwhile, the information processor of the standby system monitors an operation of the control system (S106), executes the POST operation upon reception of the instruction from the control system (S107), and requests synchronization with its own device to the information processor of the control system upon completion of the POST operation (S108). The information processor of the control system copies information regarding the starting operation executed by its own device upon reception of the synchronization request, thereby starting a synchronous operation with the device (S109 to S110). Thus, the system that uses a dual platform technology is easily started.

In order to read/write system information even when problems arise in paths with the plurality of disk devices, and moreover to output log data even upon occurrence of an abnormality in the control module, a plurality of control modules which control a plurality of disk storage devices, each have a built-in system disk device unit which stores log data. In equalization processing, log data of one control module is stored in a system disk of another installed control module. Even when an abnormality occurs in the one control module, log data of the one control module can be output by the other control module.
