摘要: In a mobile antenna, an electrically conductive antenna element has a first portion with one end and the other end extending therefrom. The one end of the first portion is arranged at least adjacent to any one of a roof portion, a pillar portion, and a corner portion of a body of a vehicle. The one end of the first portion is electrically connected to a feeding point. The other end of the first portion is arranged along a surface of the window such that polarized surfaces formed by the antenna element are non-orthogonal to each polarized surface of each of a vertically polarized wave and a horizontally polarized wave in radio waves.

摘要: An automatic clutch control system and method for controlling a clutch for an automatic transmission when a clutch stroke sensor fails. The apparatus includes a clutch actuator for controlling a clutch stroke, a plurality of solenoid valves for controlling the clutch actuator, a clutch stroke sensor for measuring the clutch stroke, a control unit for feeding back a stroke signal detected by the clutch stroke sensor when requests for clutch engagement or disengagement are received and for controlling the solenoid valves so as to obtain a clutch moving speed defined by an engine rotational speed and other driving conditions. The control unit further includes a clutch engagement control section and a clutch disengagement control section for controlling solenoid valves for operating the clutch independently of the stroke signal when the stroke sensor fails. The control unit detects a failure of the stroke sensor by defining an upper limit value and a lower limit value for the stroke signal and when the stroke signal exceeds the upper limit value or is lower than the lower limit value it is determined that the stroke sensor has failed. The method includes the steps of setting the upper and lower limit values for the stroke signal, detecting a clutch stroke sensor failure by determining if the value of the stroke signal exceeds the upper limit or is less than the lower limit and operating the clutch at a predetermined speed if a stroke sensor failure is detected.

摘要: An object detection apparatus disposed in a moving body generates a transmission signal of multiple pulse sequences as a plurality of sequences of multiple pulses. A modulation signal of the transmission signal is generated by performing digital modulation on each of the multiple pulse sequences of the transmission signal according to a code sequence. A transmission wave based on the modulation signal is transmitted and a reflected wave of the transmission wave is received by the apparatus. The apparatus further detects a speed of the moving body to determine a length of the code sequence. The apparatus calculates a code correlation value between the modulation signal and a received signal, which is derived from the reflected wave, and performs pulse compression on the received signal based on the code correlation value to generate a pulse-compressed received signal. The apparatus detects an object based on the pulse-compressed received signal.

The processing unit (10, 12) processes the captured image from the camera (20, 22) to recognize an attention object, and generates a display image in which a frame border (70) that at least partially surrounds the recognized attention object is superimposed on the captured image. The frame border (70) includes a first frame border portion (72) drawn in a first color and a second frame border portion (74) drawn in a second color different from the first color.
