摘要： A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device having a storage element which is programmed with information by breaking an insulating film of the storage element, includes a cell array including a plurality of storage cells arranged in matrix, each of the storage cells having the storage element and a selection switch connected in series to the storage element, and a row selection control circuit which activates a row selection line connected to a given number of storage cells. The device further includes a write control circuit which controls a voltage of each of data lines bit by bit in accordance with write data, the data lines being connected to a given number of storage cells connected to the row selection line activated by the row selection control circuit.

The blocks have respectively storage units, and contain information relating to the music data specified as contents data stored in the hard disk, in which case, installation of the blocks on the base unit allows the base unit to read out the stored information, and the music data corresponding to the read-out information is reproduced depending on a position of the block.

摘要： A method of fixing a flavorant for improving the small of a sidestream smoke of tobacco. This method includes applying, to tobacco wrapper paper, a tobacco sidestream smoke smell-improving agent including an ethanol or propylene glycol solution of the flavorant added to an emulsion of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 30% by weight or less, the emulsion having a solid content of 10 to 60% by weight, and drying it to fix the flavorant to the wrapper paper. The ethanol solution of the flavorant is added to the emulsion such that an amount of ethanol is 40% by weight or less with respect to 100% by weight of the emulsion, while the propylene glycol of the flavorant is added to the emulsion such that an amount of propylene glycol is 11% by weight or less with respect to 100% by weight of the emulsion.

摘要： An internet on-demand system for television presents internet content and traditional television programming as part of a single coherent interface. The system includes a server and a client capable of providing a dynamic graphical user interface. The system can display an internet gateway interface which actively scrolls through and highlights links to selected web pages which are organized according to templates corresponding to their content. The web pages are presented on the graphical user interface as channels as part of the same milieu as channels of traditional television programming. The user can select a channel from a rotary menu wheel or via channel-up, channel-down buttons on the remote control device. An intelligent agent passively filters selected web pages for a user to explore based on the user's past pattern of usage of the client. The server queries the client regarding its available data stream connections, including telephone modems, cable modems, wireless telecommunications and digital satellite broadcasting, regarding its ability to detect embedded data in TV signals, in order to determine the most efficient delivery of different types of data through all of the available bandwidth connections for both directions of data flow. The efficient delivery of data allows the client to present text, graphics, video, audio and other multimedia information from a web page over the internet as a coordinated presentation.

摘要： A redundant memory circuit stores a defective row address. A switch circuit connects a spare row decoder with the wire for transmitting a row address signal according to the defective row address stored in the redundant memory circuit when the power supply is turned on. A row decoder deactivating circuit, when the power supply is turned on, deactivates the part of the row decoder corresponding to the defective row address according to the defective row address stored in the redundant memory circuit. As a result, when the row address buffer outputs the row address signal corresponding to the defective row address, the spare row decoder decodes the row address signal, thereby selecting a spare word line immediately.
