Fire-extinguishing agent supplying equipment pressurizes a water-based fire-extinguishing agent and supplies the agent via a pipe; and the water-based fire-extinguishing agent is pressurized and supplied via the pipe to an electrification spray head installed in a protection area A, and the jetted particles of the fire-extinguishing agent are electrified and sprayed from the electrification spray head. A pulsed or alternating electrification voltage is applied to the electrification spray head from a voltage application unit 15, and an external electric field generated by applying the voltage between a water-side electrode unit and an induction electrode unit is applied to the fire-extinguishing agent in a jetting process to electrify the jetted particles.

An optical thin-film vapor deposition apparatus and method are capable of producing an optical thin-film by vapor depositing a vapor deposition substance onto substrates (14) within a vacuum vessel (10). A dome shaped holder (12) is disposed within the vacuum vessel (10) and holds the substrates (14). A drive rotates the dome shaped holder (12). A vapor depositing source (34) is disposed oppositely to the substrates (14). An ion source (38) irradiates ions to the substrates (14). A neutralizer (40) irradiates electrons to the substrates (14). The ion source (38) is disposed at an angle between an axis, along which ions are irradiated from the ion source (38), and a line perpendicular to a surface of each of the substrates (14). The angle is between 8° inclusive and 40° inclusive. A ratio of a distance in a vertical direction between (i) a center of rotational axis of the dome shaped holder (12), and (ii) a center of the ion source (38), relative to a diameter of the dome shaped holder (12), is between 0.5 inclusive and 1.2 inclusive.

The contact device includes first and second conductors arranged on a same axis and moved in their axis direction to fit to each other, a spring contact fitted to an installation groove of the second conductor, and a conductive contact piece arranged between a fitting face of the first conductors and the spring contact, so that electric current flows in a pair of conductors through the conductive spring contact and the conductive contact piece. The spring contact has an elliptical cross section formed of a bare wire being spirally wound with tilting against the winding axis thereof, and the contact piece is divided into a plurality of segments in a direction of the winding axis of the spring contact, and configured to line-contact or face-contact the other of the conductors.

More specifically, the motion vector of an object occurring between images used for addition is measured using a captured ultrasonic image, deformation processing is performed on accumulated addition image based on the measurement, and then addition processing is performed by multiplying the acquired image and the accumulated addition image by weighting coefficients.

Heat shrinkable polystyrene films are provided which are excellent in shrinkage finish properties, low-temperature shrinkability, and resistance to solvents, and have low shrinkage stress, and in which natural shrinkage, a reduction in elongation by printing, and shrinkage due to solvents are suppressed. The films are laminated films having at least three layers. Outer layers of the laminated films are made of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and an intermediate layer of the laminated films is made of a mixture of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and another styrene-butadiene block copolymer and/or a styrene-butadiene-isoprene copolymer. As the laminated films, multilayer heat shrinkable polystyrene films are used which are at least monoaxially stretched. The ratio of thickness of their intermediate layer to the total thickness of the laminated films is from 60% to 85%, and the maximum value of the shrinkage stress at 90° C. in the main shrinkage direction is at most 2.5 MPa.

This invention provides an ultrasonic imaging system that implements imaging by distinguishing sharply and definitely the echo components generated by scattering in a microbubble contrast medium, from the tissue harmonic components generated by nonlinear propagation of a transmitted pulse. This ultrasonic imaging system, constructed to transmit/receive ultrasonic pulses to/from a living body and form a contrast image of the inside of the living body by using the contrast-imaging microbubbles, repeats the transmitting/receiving operations four times in all, under the same transmitting/receiving focus conditions at different phase angles [(a)=0°, (b)=120°, (c)=−120°, (d)=180°] of the carrier of a transmitted pulse wave including a common envelope signal, sums up three time-series receive echo signals associated with (a), (b), (c), forms the contrast image, sums up two time-series receive echo signals associated with (a), (d), forms an image of the living body having a nonlinear pulse propagation property, and makes a superimposed display of the two kinds of images.

A humidifying membrane, a gas separator, a humidifying membrane and a gas separator are repeatedly laminated one over another in this order, or a gas separator, a humidifying membrane and a gas separator are repeatedly laminated one over another in this order. Each gas separator has a frame-shaped portion surrounding the one or two channels, and that portion of each humidifying membrane which, when laminated, faces the frame-shaped portion of a corresponding gas separator is filled with a resin.
