The air conditioning control system includes a building's central monitor board controlling and monitoring the operation of the individual air conditioners, and a centralized control unit relaying air conditioner control information outputted from the central monitor board and information indicating the operation status of the individual air conditioners, each of the central monitor board and the centralized control unit including an input part inputting the control information to the individual air conditioners and a display part displaying the operation status information regarding the individual air conditioners. The centralized control unit further includes a decision part deciding to identify newest control information inputted from the input part of each of the central monitor board and the centralized control unit and a transmitter part transmitting this newest control information to the individual air conditioners.

摘要： An air bag apparatus in which the appearance of the interface between the portion covering the air bag and portions surrounding it can be improved, the number of components can be reduced, and the assembly process can be shortened. A cover unit covers an air bag, which inflates on a predetermined occasion, consists of a cover which-opens with the inflation of the air bag, and a body for holding the cover. The cover unit is an integrally molded product in which a skin is formed on a substrate, and includes, at the location connecting the periphery of the cover with the body, a breakaway portion along which the cover is separable from the body when the air bag inflates, and a hinge portion for maintaining the connection of the body and the cover. In the breakaway portion, the substrate has a fragile portion, and the skin is separated into two parts at the position of the fragile portion. In the hinge portion, the substrate and skin are continuously formed and extend from the body to the cover.

摘要： A beam spot controlling method for controlling the beam-converging position by a light beam from an objective lens on a recording track of a recording medium comprising the steps of (a) rotating a tapered prism having an inclination-imparting portion capable of imparting an inclination to a light beam which enters the tapered prism for changing the inclination of the light beam incident on said objective lens for controlling the beam-converging position by the light beam; (b) causing a light beam to enter the tapered prisms; and (c) causing the light beam exiting from the tapered prism to enter the objective lens, and directing the exiting light beam onto the recording track of said recording medium, and an apparatus for performing the above beam spot controlling method.

摘要： An air conditioning apparatus using a refrigerating cycle in which a scroll compressor is used to compress a refrigerant. The scroll compressor is driven by an induction motor. The speed of the induction motor is controlled by a PWM type inverter which produces an AC voltage of variable frequency. A carrier frequency higher than 10 KHz is used to effect pulse width modulation of the AC voltage of the inverter, whereby generation of uncomfortable noise is avoided. A control unit is provided to detect slip of the induction motor and to adjust the detached slip to a predetermined optimum value, thereby avoiding excessive lowering of the speed of the motor which may cause lack of lubricating oil for the compressor.

摘要： According to the present invention, a silicon wafer, silicon dioxide wafer or silicon wafer having a silicon dioxide film thereon can be mutually adhered. The procedure for the adhesion is that a refractory metal, such as zirconium, is deposited by sputtering on a flat surface to be adhered, and tightly stacked onto another substrate made of silicon, silicon dioxide or silicon having a silicon dioxide film thereto, and the stacked wafers are heated in an atmosphere of argon containing 4% hydrogen at approximately 650.degree. C. for approximately 2 hours. The heat causes the deposited zirconium to react with the silicon of both the contacting wafers and is converted into a zirconium silicide alloy, which bonds the wafers. If the wafer is silicon dioxide or coated with silicon dioxide, the zirconium reduces the dioxide to produce silicon, which is then alloyed with the zirconium. Refractory metals other than group IVa and group Va elements can adhere silicon to silicon only. Advantages of this adhesion method are: the process is carried out at approximately 650.degree. C., which does not harm fabricated devices; the adhesion withstands temperatures of 1000.degree. C. which are used for fabricating devices; and the processing does not require strict control of the surface conditions. This method can be applied to the process of making SOI, a wafer-scale integrated LSi, or a three-dimensional LSI.

When the electric control current fed into the air bleed control valve reaches an upper limit or lower limit and remains at the upper limit or lower limit for a fixed time, the diagnostic system determines that the air-fuel ratio control device has malfunctioned.
