摘要: A contactless power transmitting device is provided with: a primary coil that can be magnetically coupled with a secondary coil of a contactless power receiving device; a first temperature sensor that detects the ambient temperature of the primary coil; a second temperature sensor that detects the temperature at a different location to the first temperature sensor; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to determine whether a value obtained by subtracting the temperature detected by the second temperature sensor from the ambient temperature of the first coil detected by the first temperature sensor exceeds a predetermined threshold value, and to stop the power to the first coil when the subtracted value exceeds the threshold value.

摘要: Certain embodiments provide an infrared imaging device including: an SOI structure that is placed at a distance from a substrate, and includes: heat-sensitive diodes that detect infrared rays and convert the infrared rays into heat; and STI regions that separate the heat-sensitive diodes from one another; an interlayer insulating film that is stacked on the SOI structure; and supporting legs that are connected to the heat-sensitive diodes and vertical signal lines provided in outer peripheral regions of the heat-sensitive diodes. Each of the supporting legs includes: an interconnect unit that transmit signals to the vertical signal lines; and interlayer insulating layers that sandwich the interconnect unit, each bottom side of the interlayer insulating layers being located in a higher position than the SOI structure.

摘要: A noise eliminator is provided which can highly compress and store dark current noise components while maintaining characteristics, including many high frequency components. A noise distribution analysis section 10 determines the magnitude distribution of dark current noise components of at least some pixels, and then computes the threshold and typical values for quantization based on this distribution. A quantization section 12 quantizes the dark current noise components based on the computed threshold value, and a memory 14 stores the quantized dark current noise components. An inverse quantization section 16 inversely quantizes the quantized dark current noise components stored in the memory 14 with reference to the typical value computed by the noise distribution analysis section 10. The inversely quantized dark current noise components are supplied to a subtraction section 18, and the subtraction section 18 subtracts the inversely quantized dark current noise components from an image signal.
