    摘要: A centrifugal separator includes a centrifuge rotor mounted to a spindle and includes a rotor casing enclosing a separation space. Peripheral ports extend from the separation space through the rotor casing. A valve slide is movable between a closed position closing the peripheral ports and an open position opening the peripheral ports. A closing chamber is provided between the valve slide and the rotor casing. An inlet channel supplies hydraulic medium to the closing chamber to hold the valve slide in the closed position. An outlet passage permits an outlet flow of the hydraulic medium for moving the valve slide to the open position. The outlet passage includes outlet channels extending though the rotor casing. A valve body is provided in each outlet channel and is axially movable from a closing position to an opening position against the direction of the outlet flow.

The segmented scraper includes multiple protrusions, wherein each protrusion of the multiple protrusions is facing the back plate, and an aggregated radial extension of the protrusions equals a radius of the impeller within an interval of ±10%, ±25% or even up to ±40%.

The separator includes a torque transmitting part around the center axis and fixedly connected to the centrifuge rotor and an outlet seal between the outlet channel and the rotating centrifuge rotor preventing entrainment of unwanted substances. The separator includes a pump arranged to provide pressure to feed the separated liquid through the outlet channel.

A first fluid supplied through one or more first inlet holes at a first end of the cylindrical shell and oriented axially, flows inside the tubes and a second fluid, supplied through a second inlet hole, flows inside the cylindrical shell to effect heat transfer with the first fluid through the tube walls. One end of the tubes is connected to a tube plate at first inlet hole(s), which separates the second fluid from the first fluid. At least two impingement plates, each provided with plural through holes, are placed in succession between each first inlet hole and the tube plate. The impingement plates are parallel to one another and orthogonal to the cylindrical shell central axis to distribute the first fluid inside the tubes.

Feeding the vapour phase from the high temperature condensing stage along with the stream of volatiles from the vacuum distillation operation to the cold condensation stage obtaining a stream of non-condensable gases and a cold temperature distillate, letting the stream of non-condensable gases continue to a vacuum system, and recovering from the vacuum steam stripping section a stream of refined oil.

    摘要: A centrifugal separator and a method for separation of particles from a gas stream is disclosed. The separator includes a frame, a gas inlet and a gas outlet. A centrifugal rotor is arranged to be rotatable in the frame around a rotational axis and includes a plurality of separation plates defining separation passages between the plates. A central gas chamber in the rotor communicates with a radially inner portion of the separation passages and the gas outlet. A space surrounding the rotor communicates with a radially outer portion of the separation passages and the gas inlet. A device is configured to bring the gas stream in rotation upstream of the rotor. The centrifugal rotor is configured such that the rotational flow of the gas mixture drives the rotation of the centrifugal rotor for separating particles from the same gas stream being conducted from the space surrounding the rotor, through the separation passages between the plates and towards the central gas chamber.
