Additionally, the charging device includes a turbine wheel of a turbine section. The turbine wheel is fixed on the shaft in a back-to-back arrangement with the second compressor wheel.

摘要: A process for producing compressed hydrogen gas including: electrolysing water to produce hydrogen gas, and compressing the hydrogen gas in a multistage compression system including: a centrifugal compression stage and a recycle system for recycling a portion of the hydrogen gas from a product end to a feed end of the centrifugal compression stage; wherein hydrogen gas feed is fed to the feed end at a pre-determined feed temperature and pressure and mole fraction of water; wherein a portion of the hydrogen gas is removed from the product end, reduced in pressure in the recycle system to the pre-determined feed pressure and is then recycled to form at least part of the hydrogen gas feed to the centrifugal compression stage; and further including cooling hydrogen gas comprising the reduced pressure hydrogen gas such that the water mole fraction in the hydrogen gas feed is at the pre-determined water mole fraction.

摘要: A turbo compressor is disclosed. The turbo compressor may have an assembly-type rotational shaft where a permanent magnet is inserted into a connecting sleeve, at least one first locking projection formed on either an inner periphery of the connecting sleeve or an outer periphery of the permanent magnet facing the inner periphery of the connecting sleeve, and at least one first locking groove formed on the other. Thus, the permanent magnet constituting a rotor may be easily coupled into the rotational shaft, and the permanent may be effectively prevented from slipping. Moreover, a magnet embedded in the rotational shaft may be securely fixed so that it is held in a position where it is assembled, thus providing an advantage in concentrically aligning the magnet.

摘要: A compressor system includes; a compression section that sucks and compresses gas; a rotor that includes the compression section; a gas bearing that supports the rotor; a dynamic-pressure generating gas supply system that supplies, to a gas supply port for dynamic pressure of the gas bearing, bleed gas from the gas pressurized by the compression section; and an external gas supply system for static pressure that supplies, to a gas supply port for static pressure of the gas bearing, external gas from outside of the compression section. The dynamic-pressure generating gas supply system and the external gas supply system for static pressure respectively include paths that are independent of each other to the gas bearing. The gas supply port for dynamic pressure and the gas supply port for static pressure are independent of each other.

摘要: A dynamic characteristic measurement device of the present invention includes magnetic force generators (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) arranged on the back surface side of impellers (4, 5), the magnetic force generators that oscillate the impellers (4, 5) with magnetic force, an oscillation controller (12) that drives these magnetic force generators, and vibration sensors (13, 14) that detect vibration of a rotation shaft (3). The dynamic characteristic measurement device further includes an arithmetic device (16) that calculates a dynamic characteristic of a rotor (6) by implementing a frequency analysis and a mode analysis based on an oscillation signal from the oscillation controller (12) and a vibration signal from the vibration sensors (13, 14).

The compressor is arranged such that the working fluid flows through the drive module before reaching the aero module.
