    摘要: Methods and systems related to variation assessment of a first 3D object are provided. In some embodiments, a computer system obtains a first dataset and a second dataset. The first dataset represents data associated with a first evaluation of the first 3D object and the second dataset represents data associated with a second evaluation of the first 3D object. The computer system determines a first metric based on the first dataset and a second metric based on the second dataset. The first and second metrics represent distributions of probabilities with respect to values associated with the characteristic of the first 3D object at the first and second evaluations, respectively. The computer system further provides, based on the first metric and the second metric, an assessment of the first 3D object variation between the first evaluation and the second evaluation.

    摘要: A method includes determining a change in a volume of a tissue of interest located in at least two data sets between the at least two data sets. The at least two image data sets include a first image data set acquired at a first time and a second image data set acquired at a second time, and the first and second times are different. The method includes generating a rendering which includes a region in which the tissue of interest is located and indicia that indicates a magnitude of the change across the region. The region is superimposed over the rendering, which is generated based on at least one of the at least two image data sets, and linked to a corresponding image respectively in the at least two image data sets including voxels representing tissue of interest. The method includes visually presenting the rendering in a graphical user interface.

    摘要: A liver region extraction unit and a structural element extraction unit extracts the liver region and structural elements, such as the hepatic artery and the hepatic vein, from a three-dimensional image, and a surface data generation unit generates surface data of the liver region and surface data of the structural elements. A pattern adding unit adds a textured pattern to at least one of the surfaces of the liver region and the structural elements, and a data generation unit generate three-dimensional model data by combining the surface data of the liver region and the surface data of the structural elements after the addition of the textured pattern. A three-dimensional model making device makes a three-dimensional model of the liver based on the three-dimensional model data.
