摘要: Lubricant consumer system comprising at least one lubricant consumer, at least one rotating component, wherein fluid lubricant can be conveyed via the rotating component, and a lubricant distributor system, wherein the lubricant distributor system has at least two lubricant tanks, namely a first lubricant tank and at least one second lubricant tank, and a lubricant channel, wherein the two lubricant tanks are fluidically connected to one another and to the lubricant consumer via the lubricant channel, wherein one of the two lubricant tanks is designed and arranged in such a way that, in a horizontal position of the lubricant consumer system, it receives the fluid lubricant of the rotating component and supplies both the other lubricant tank and the lubricant consumer with lubricant via the lubricant channel, and wherein the other lubricant tank is designed and arranged in such a way that, in an inclined position of the lubricant consumer unit, the lubricant consumer is supplied with lubricant from at least the other lubricant tank.

摘要: A cooling and lubrication system for a motor vehicle drive unit includes a drive unit sump, a first mechanically-driven pump, a second mechanically-driven pump, and an oil/air separator reservoir, among other possible components. The drive unit sump holds drive unit fluid. The first mechanically-driven pump fluidly communicates with the drive unit sump, and the second mechanically-driven pump fluidly communicates with the drive unit sump. The oil/air separator reservoir resides downstream of the first mechanically-driven pump and resides downstream of the second mechanically-driven pump.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes a generator to be driven by an internal combustion engine to generate an electric power. The internal combustion engine is to drive vehicle wheels via a hydraulic clutch. The electric power is to be supplied to an electric motor to drive the vehicle wheels. An oil pump is to be driven by the internal combustion engine to supply oil to the electric motor and the generator and to the hydraulic clutch. A valve is to decrease a first amount of the oil to be supplied to the electric motor and the generator and to increase a second amount of the oil to be supplied to the hydraulic clutch when the hydraulic clutch is in an engaged state. The valve is to increase the first amount of the oil and to decrease the second amount of the oil when the hydraulic clutch is in a disengaged state.

摘要: An oil supply system of a vehicle includes: a first pump generating a first quantity of oil to cool a driving motor of a hybrid vehicle; a second pump generating a second quantity of oil to lubricate a friction lubrication element of the hybrid vehicle; a flow channel switching valve selectively switching a flow channel of the first quantity of oil and a flow channel of the second quantity of oil to connect the flow channel of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or connect the flow channel of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor; and a controller controlling an operation of the flow channel switching valve to supply a portion of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or a portion of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor.

摘要: A temperature controlled axle cooling system and method is disclosed. Axle hydraulic circuits cool oil circulating through vehicle axles, and sensors monitor axle temperatures. Pumps are activated to circulate the oil through the axle circuits based on the axle temperatures. Each axle circuit can be a separate closed-loop hydraulic system, not sharing fluid with any other vehicle or axle hydraulic systems. All axle cooling system pumps can be activated when any axle temperature exceeds a high threshold. All pumps can be deactivated when all axle temperatures are below a low threshold. Each pump can be activated and deactivated based only on that axle's temperature. The axle cooling system pumps can be driven by motors powered by the main vehicle hydraulic system flow. A valve can be controlled based on axle temperature to allow main vehicle hydraulic system flow. Multiple pumps can be driven by a single motor.
