    摘要: An oil transfer assembly supplies oil into a moving, rotating tube extending along an axis. The assembly is provided with a support plate transversal to the axis and a sleeve, which is angularly fixed with respect to the support plate, it is configured to be coupled in a sliding and watertight way to a terminal section of the inlet of said tube and has at least one chamber for transferring oil into said terminal section of the inlet. The assembly is also equipped with at least two tubular bodies, which project axially from the support plate, define between them an annular channel communicating with the chamber and join the sleeve to the support plate in a watertight manner and with clearances so as to leave freedom of orientation of the sleeve around any direction orthogonal to the axis.

A method for mounting a roller includes injection molding a bearing sleeve made of plastic, inserting and/or screwing an inner part into an inner ring of a roller bearing and the bearing sleeve, and fixing the inner part to the bearing sleeve in a force-locked manner, and applying a roller to an outer ring of the roller bearing.

The shaft comprises a first set of equally circumferentially spaced apertures extending through the shaft between the outer and inner surfaces of the shaft. A second set of equally circumferentially spaced apertures extends through the shaft between the outer and inner surfaces of the shaft. The first and second sets of apertures are arranged in first and second planes arranged perpendicularly to the axis of the shaft. The second plane is spaced axially downstream from the first plane. Each aperture in the second set of apertures is circumferentially displaced in a second circumferential direction from a circumferential mid position between the two apertures in the first set of apertures to reduce the stresses in the shaft.

    摘要: A method may be utilized to produce a steering spindle part configured as a hollow shaft and having a connecting portion at its end. At least a part of the connecting portion includes increased wall thickness relative to a portion of the steering spindle part adjoining the connecting portion. The method may involve providing a circular, hollow cylindrical tube with an inner surface that is smooth in a circumferential direction, providing a circular, hollow cylindrical sleeve with an outer surface that is smooth in a circumferential direction, inserting the sleeve into an end portion of the tube, and jointly deforming the end portion of the tube and the sleeve such that a flow of material occurs. This flow may form positively locking elements on the tube and the sleeve that engage into one another in the circumferential direction and generate positive locking in the circumferential direction.
