    摘要: An engine driving force is calculated. A first-lag process is executed based upon the engine driving force to calculate an engaging torque between front and rear shafts. The resultant is output to a transfer clutch drive unit. A braking force according to a change of a driving force, which is decreased with the lapse of time based upon a temporal change of the engine driving force, is calculated by executing a first-order lead process. An acceleration sensitive target yaw moment based upon the braking force according to the change of the driving force is calculated, and a steering sensitive target yaw moment based upon a steering angle velocity is calculated by executing the first-order lead process. A braking force to be added to an inner wheel on a turn is calculated based upon these target yaw moment. The resultant is output to a brake drive unit.

    摘要: The invention consists in merging together the predicted and measured meteorological data to supply them to the flight prediction calculation system so as to smooth the discontinuities brought about in the prior art by the simple update which is carried out. This merging is advantageously done by linear weighting of the data, the weighting coefficient depending upon the positioning in vertical and horizontal distances between the predicted point and the aeroplane in relation to chosen thresholds.

In one example, collection and dissemination of traffic information, including aggregation and filtering, is facilitated via a Bluetooth® vehicle-to-vehicle and/or vehicle-to-roadside hub ad-hoc network. Also described is efficient connection establishment and data transfer for vehicle to vehicle and vehicle-to-roadside hubs via the enhanced Bluetooth® radio. The ad-hoc network comprising a mesh of vehicles/a supernode also facilitates the exchange of information that originated at an Internet source.

    摘要: A rotation controller of an electric rotary excavator is provided with a gear drive controller that includes a backlash determination device and a torque limit setting device. With the arrangement, since an output torque of an electric motor is limited by a torque limit when a backlash is eliminated, an excessive torque is prevented from being output. After that, the output torque is gradually changed by an output control device of the gear drive controller. Accordingly, since acceleration and deceleration of a rotary body is performed without causing an operator to feel uncomfortableness, a shock generated when the backlash is eliminated can be suppressed. As a result, smooth rotation operation free from an influence of the backlash can be realized.

    摘要: An Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system for a vehicle is disclosed. An electronic control unit (ECU) is programmed to reduce vehicle lateral skidding by reducing differences between an intended vehicle yaw rate and an actual vehicle yaw rate by applying modifications to operation of the vehicle brakes and/or throttle. The ESC system receives inputs from wheel speed sensors, a steering wheel position sensor, a yaw rate sensor and a lateral acceleration sensor. The ECS system also receives input that indicates at least a property of the road upon which the vehicle is located, wherein the road upon which the vehicle is located is determined from a positioning system that uses a map database and the property is determined from the map database. The ESC system incorporates the road property information in determining when and/or how to modify operation of the vehicle to reduce vehicle skidding.

    摘要: A travel history collection system includes a terminal side device and a center side device capable of communicating with the terminal device. The terminal device includes the following components. A vehicle information acquisition part acquires a travel history of a vehicle. A short-range wireless communication means and a wide-range wireless communication means are used to transmit the acquired travel history to a center device. A travel history transmission part transmits the travel history to the center device via the short-range wireless communication means when the travel history can be transmitted via the short-range wireless communication means, and via the wide-range wireless communication means when the travel history cannot be transmitted via the short-range wireless communication means. The center device receives the travel history from the terminal device via the wide-range wireless communication antenna and the road side unit so as to reduce the load on wide-range wireless communication, and to accurately collect a travel history from each terminal device at real time. Thus, latest travel histories can be collected efficiently.

    摘要: The hitch on a vehicle is moved by a hydraulic actuator. A method for controlling the hydraulic actuator defines a draft force setpoint in response to separately averaging two forces acting on lateral sides of the hitch, while operating in a configuration mode. During regular operation, a draft load is calculated from sensing those two forces and deriving a draft force error from difference between the draft load and the draft force setpoint. The draft force error is used to control fluid flow to and from the hydraulic actuator. One aspect of the control method derates the draft force error as the hitch moves beyond a predefined threshold position.

    摘要: A seed spacing monitoring system is used In an agricultural seeder for planting seeds. The agricultural seeder has a furrow opener, a seed meter for metering seed to be dispensed in the furrow, and a furrow closer to cover the seed in the furrow. The seed spacing monitoring system includes a detector supported to detect seeds in the furrow prior to the seeds being covered. The detector provides a plurality of seed presence signals, with each seed presence signal being indicative of a respective seed present in the furrow. A speed sensor is associated with the seeder and provides a speed signal indicating a ground speed of the seeder. An electrical processor receives the plurality of seed presence signals and the speed signal. The electrical processor determines a seed spacing, dependent upon the seed presence signals and the speed signal.
