摘要: A phantom-free calibration method for a computerized tomography scan has the steps of: scanning a plurality of homogeneous human tissues with a computerized tomography scanner and obtaining homogeneous human tissue scan information; scanning a tissue to be tested with the computerized tomography scanner and obtaining tissue to be tested scan information; calculating a spectral characteristic parameter of the computerized tomography scanner with a computing device using a model, wherein a standard tissue parameter of the homogeneous human tissues and the human tissue scan information are used in the model; and calculating a tissue parameter of the tissue to be tested with the computing device using the model, wherein the spectral characteristic parameter and the tissue to be tested scan information are inputted in the model. The phantom-free calibration method makes the tissue parameters of the tissue to be tested more accurate and the calibration process easier and more convenient.

摘要: The present invention is related to a biochip and production method thereof. The biochip comprises a carrier, a cell or tissue culture area deposited on the carrier, and a sensor area deposited on the carrier adjacent and fluidly communicating with the cell or tissue culture area. A containing space is contained in the cell or tissue culture area comprising a simulated vascular channel, a cell or a tissue and a culture medium. At least one sensor fixation area is contained at the sensor area for placing a sensor element. The present invention can be a model for stimulating cancer of specific patient to realtimely reflecting the cancer formation, transferring status and treatment strategies. The biochip could also carry testing drugs to observe how the drugs functioning to the cells/tissue as to provide a more accurate instruction of the drugs. The present invention can perform multiple test just within on chip which can save cost and also provide a more accurate test model for the patient.

摘要: An implant surface mapping and unwrapping method provided by the present invention selects or defines a mesh implant geometry, and places and rotates it in a specific spatial position according to a mesh. Vertex space coordinates, which are interpolated in medical images such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound to calculate the gray scale values of these spatial coordinate points, and map them on the surface of the implant. In addition, the implant is irregular. The surface can be further unwrapped through the planar image to help understand its contact with the anatomy. If the medical image is pre-converted to other anatomical, physiological, pathological, and functional parameters, the mapping and unwrapping results will also be displayed with these parameters. Learn more about the relationship between implants and these parameters.

摘要: The present invention relates to a peptide capable of binding to rheumatoid arthritis autoantibodies, which is a consecutive 10-25 amino acid sequence of any one fragment of the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 3-4, 7-13 or 16-19, wherein the peptide fragment has an epitope that binds to the rheumatoid arthritis autoantibodies. Furthermore, the peptide fragment bound to the rheumatoid arthritis autoantibodies is used for testing rheumatoid arthritis, and according to this use, the present invention provides a method for testing rheumatoid arthritis disease and a test reagent kit used for determining whether a subject to be tested suffers from rheumatoid arthritis disease.
