    摘要: The present invention allows illumination light of a light source which leaks out to a light receiving element to be reliably shielded and allows components to be assembled to be unitized into a compact body. A light-shielding cylindrical section 31 and a light-shielding plate 32 interposed between a light-receiving side light guide 10 and a light emitting side light guide 11 are formed on a frame body 29 of a push button 2 as a single piece. Illumination light which leaks out from a light emitting element 6 and the light emitting side light guide 11 to a light receiving element 5 is shielded by the light-shielding cylindrical section 31 and the light-shielding plate 32. Support ribs 35 and a hook 41 for positioning a circuit substrate 7 are formed in the frame body 29, whereby the light guides 10, 11, light-shielding cylindrical section 31 and light-shielding plate 32 are unitized on the frame body 29.

    摘要: The present invention reduces contact noise between a turntable and a clamper without increasing the number of components. Spring pieces are formed by forming slit grooves in the corners of a support plate. When the support plate is secured by screws to bosses of a frame, the spring pieces formed in the four corners of the support plate are elastically contacted with the frame, with the support plate slightly floated from the frame. Thereby, vibration transmitted to the support plate from the clamper is absorbed by the spring pieces, thus suppressing noise caused by the vibration transmitted to the support plate.

    摘要: Disclosed are a positioning method and a board for swiftly and accurately adjusting the position of a warpage-preventive rail for preventing warpage of the board in flow soldering. A mark of a width B provided with a slit having a width A in a direction perpendicular to a dip direction indicated by an arrow is silk-screen printed at an end of a surface opposite to a flow solder surface of a board. The width B of the mark is set to such a value that an operator who adjusts the position can easily recognize the mark. The slit is formed on a surface opposite to a support band where the upper surface of the warpage-preventive rail supports the board, and the width A of the slit is set to a value approximately equal to the width of the upper surface of the warpage-preventive rail.

    摘要: According to the present invention, means for preventing guide shafts from being extracted in an axial direction is configured by providing end face contact pieces formed by cutting and electing a chassis plate and contacting the end face contact pieces with end faces of the guide shafts. The guide shafts are held by hook-shaped shaft holding members formed by cutting and erecting the chassis plate, where the guide shafts are passed through cut-out portions of the shaft holding members. The end faces of adjusting screws threaded into screw holes from a lower surface of the chassis plate and protruding upward are broght in contact with the guide shafts. The adjusting screws prevent the guide shafts from being extracted through insertion openings, and adjust heights thereof. Thereby, holding and height adjustment of the guide shafts for the pickup unit are performed with a smaller number of parts, low cost, and ease. In addition, the guide shafts are prevented from being extracted even when a strong impact is applied.
