    摘要: A grouting system for anchoring a reinforcement in a mine includes a package that is a tubular member formed of polymer film and has discrete first and second compartments. Hardenable cementitious material that is a hydratable substance and water is disposed in the first compartment. A method of forming a resin grouting capsule includes: injecting a hardenable material into a first compartment of the capsule having resin mastic; wherein the hardenable material does not substantially react with the resin mastic when injected into the first compartment. Another method of forming a resin grouting capsule includes: injecting a hardenable material into a first compartment of the capsule having catalyst mastic; wherein the hardenable material does not substantially react with the catalyst mastic when injected into the first compartment.

    摘要: A mine roof bolt for a grouted bore hole in a roof of a mine. The mine roof bolt includes an elongated member having a cross-sectional diameter less than that of the bore hole, a first end, and a second end. The elongated member has deformations such that axial tension on the bolt results in axial movement between the elongated member and the grout and results in confined compression of the grout between the bore hole and the elongated member surface to facilitate anchorage of the elongated member with grout to the mine rock in which the bore hole is disposed.     摘要: The invention is related to a coating delivery system that includes at least one pressure vessel having an inner surface, a flexible bladder disposed in a first pressure vessel and having an open condition and a closed condition, an internal region disposed between the inner surface and the bladder, and a deliverable substance including a coating component interspersed with at least one of liquefied carbon dioxide and supercritical carbon dioxide. The deliverable substance is disposed in one of the flexible bladder and the internal region, and the pressure-conveying fluid is received in the other to exert pressure on the deliverable substance and thereby permit transport thereof when the flexible bladder is in the open condition.

    摘要: A system for mine roof reinforcement includes a bearing plate and a tubular member with an inner surface, an outer surface, first and second free ends, and an enlarged portion disposed proximate one of the free ends. The system also includes a projectile and an insertion member for being received in the tubular member. In addition, a method for inserting a bolt in rock includes: forming a borehole in rock; placing a bearing plate with an opening therein against the rock so that the opening is aligned with the borehole; disposing a tubular member in the borehole and opening so that an enlarged end of the tubular member abuts the plate; and mechanically expanding the tubular member so that an outer wall thereof frictionally engages the rock.

    摘要: The invention is related to a coating delivery system that includes at least one pressure vessel operable in sealed and unsealed conditions, a deliverable substance including a coating component interspersed with at least one of liquefied carbon dioxide and supercritical carbon dioxide, and a pressurizing fluid. The deliverable substance is disposed in a first pressure vessel of the at least one pressure vessel, and the pressurizing fluid directly exerts a pressure on the deliverable substance to effect transport thereof when the pressure vessel is in the unsealed condition. The deliverable substance may be spray discharged.
