摘要: Methods of treating a subject in need thereof are provided which include: administering a recombinant platelet derived growth factor D (PDGF D) composition to a mesenchymal stem cell of the subject and/or a progenitor derived therefrom, in vivo, or ex vivo, producing a treated mesenchymal stem cell of the subject and/or a progenitor derived therefrom, thereby stimulating the mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and/or a progenitor derived therefrom. Cells expressing a recombinant PDGF D composition of the present are administered to the subject for in vivo delivery of the recombinant PDGF D composition according to aspects of the present disclosure. Methods and compositions are provided including recombinant PDGF D hemidimer (HD) including a full-length PDGF D polypeptide and a C-terminal growth factor domain of PDGF D, which lacks a CUB domain, promoting regulation of bone marrow MSC differentiation into osteogenic lineage cells.

摘要: A spatially unrolled time domain (TD) architecture that includes an input and weight register having i inputs and j weights, where i corresponds with a number of delay lines for i neurons, and j corresponds with a number of processing elements (PEs) for each delay line of the i delay lines. An enable control register sends a global input pulse to i neurons, and each delay line of the i delay lines includes the corresponding j PEs for that delay line. Each PE includes a digital-to-time converter (DTC) that accepts a digital input and weight and generates a relative delay, each time delay within a given delay line contributing to an overall delay for the given delay line. i time-to-digital converters (TDCs). A readout register receives digital outputs from each of the i TDCs, and serially outputs a signal from each of the i delay lines based on the overall time delay for each of the i delay lines.

摘要: Methods discussed herein are directed to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques, and more specifically quantitative-discrete PCR, wherein individual amplification reactions are performed on a per-payload basis among singly-captured and singly-isolated vesicles, for instance within individually sealed microwell reactors. These techniques enable post-process quality control measurements of per-vesicular manufacture loading efficiency and encapsulation efficiency of nucleic acid active ingredients in vesicular biologics, employing quantitative-discrete PCR techniques. By measuring variability of vesicular encapsulation of nucleic acids at a per-vesicular manufacture level of granularity, such techniques can enable collection of data that may be used to perform post-process formulation upon vesicular biologics, and to yield more homogenous formulations from both synthetic and biogenesis pathways. Furthermore, shortcomings of conventional PCR techniques which can introduce biases, false positives, and false negatives are eliminated.
