摘要: An anchoring system for anchoring curtainwall units may include an anchor base structure to be attached to the floor slab, a vertical anchor structure and a horizontal anchor structure. The vertical anchor structure may be connected to a lower portion of the upper row curtainwall unit and bear a load of the upper row curtainwall unit on the anchor base structure, thereby fixing a distance between the floor slab and the lower portion of the upper row curtainwall unit while allowing horizontal motion. The horizontal anchor structure may be configured to be connected to an upper portion of the lower row curtainwall unit, and to use the anchor base structure to secure the upper portion of the lower row curtainwall unit against horizontal motion while allowing vertical motion.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed, including, in a storage system comprising control circuitry and a memory array having multiple groups of memory cells, storing a first physical-to-logical (P2L) data structure for a first physical area of a first group of memory cells in a second physical area of the first group of memory cells, such as when resuming operation from a low-power state, including an asynchronous power loss (APL). The first group of memory cells can include a super block of memory cells. A second P2L data structure for the second physical area of the first group of memory cells can be stored, such as in a metadata area of the second physical area and an address of the first P2L data structure can be stored in the second P2L data structure.

摘要: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE), Evolved Node-B (eNB) and methods of communication are generally described herein. The UE may receive a SystemInformationBlockType1 from an eNB. The UE may determine that the eNB supports Fifth Generation Core (5GC) operation if the SystemInformationBlockType1 message includes a plmn-Identity-5GC-r15 parameter. The UE may transmit a radio resource control (RRC) connection request message to establish an RRC connection. If it is determined that the eNB supports 5GC operation, and if the UE supports 5GC operation, the UE may encode the RRC connection request message in accordance with a default new radio packet data convergence protocol (NR PDCP) configuration; and may use NR PDCP for one or more subsequent messages.

摘要: Some embodiments include apparatuses and methods using a first memory area and a second memory area included a memory device, and using control circuitry included in the memory device to communicate with a memory controller. The memory controller includes an error correction engine. The control circuitry of the memory device is configured to retrieve the first information from the first memory area and store in the first information after the error correction engine performs an error detection operation on the first information. The control circuitry is configured to retrieve second information from the first memory area and store the second information in the second memory area without an additional error detection operation performed on the second information if a result from the error detection operation performed by the error correction engine on the first information meets a threshold condition.

摘要: A system comprising an implantable medical device (IMD) includes an implantable heart sound sensor to produce an electrical signal representative of at least one heart sound. The heart sound is associated with mechanical activity of a patient's heart. Additionally, the IMD includes a heart sound sensor interface circuit coupled to the heart sound sensor to produce a heart sound signal, and a signal analyzer circuit coupled to the heart sound sensor interface circuit. The signal analyzer circuit measures a baseline heart sound signal, and deems that an ischemic event has occurred using, among other things, a measured subsequent change in the heart sound signal from the established baseline heart sound signal.

摘要: An optimistic, latch-free index traversal (“OLFIT”) concurrency control scheme is disclosed for an index structure for managing a database system. In each node of an index tree, the OLFIT scheme maintains a latch, a version number, and a link to the next node at the same level of the index tree. Index traversal involves consistent node read operations starting from the root. To ensure the consistency of node read operations without latching, every node update operation first obtains a latch and increments the version number after update of the node contents. Every node read operation begins with reading the version number into a register and ends with verifying if the current version number is consistent with the register-stored version number. If they are the same, the read operation is consistent. Otherwise, the node read is retried until the verification succeeds. The concurrency control scheme of the present invention is applicable to many index structures such as the B+-tree and the CSB+-tree.
