A lens layout setting apparatus for lens grinding processing apparatus having a display screen of a display device for various settings for processing data of eyeglass lens shape for an eyeglass frame, and data of lens grinding process to grind the lens based on the data of lens shape for the frame, further including a control means to add, delete or rearrange a setting condition. The display device displays data of eyeglass lens shape for an eyeglass frame, and of eyeglass lens grinding process required for grinding the lens based on the data, and further displays tabs arranged to display a layout operating screen to set a layout of the data of lens shape for the frame, a state of measuring an edge thickness of the lens, simulation of the shape of a V-shaped protrusion formed on an edge of the lens, and a grinding process screen.

A superconducting magnet device which is capable of protecting at the time of quenching a superconducting magnet divided into a plurality of sections comprises a superconducting magnet circuit which is formed by sequentially connecting in series coil pairs 1a, 1b, and 2a, 2b which are positioned symmetrically with respect to a ferromagnetic shield 6, and by connecting in parallel to the superconducting coils 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b superconducting coil protecting elements 3a and 3b which protect the superconducting coils 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b when the voltage at the ends of the coils has exceeded a predetermined value. If quenching occurs at the superconducting coils 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b, generation of an unbalanced electromagnetic force, a local electromagnetic force, etc., against the ferromagnetic shield 6 is prevented, so that the support structure for the superconducting coils and the ferromagnetic shield can be simplified.

An intake manifold is located on a downstream side of a throttle valve in an intake passage. A switching valve is placed on an upstream side of a connection between a communication conduit and an outlet of a lower portion of a surge tank of the intake manifold and is adapted to open or close the communication conduit. A control device controls the switching valve to open or close the switching valve. The control device closes the switching valve when an operational state of an engine is in one of idling time, accelerating driving time and high speed driving time of a vehicle, and the control device opens the switching valve when the operational state of the internal combustion engine is in decelerating driving time of the vehicle.

The present invention provides a powder magnetic core low in the loss and high in the saturation magnetic flux density and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a powder magnetic core that comprises a soft magnetic metal powder having an average particle size (D50) of 0.5 to 5 μm, a half width of diffraction peak in a direction of α-Fe as measured by X-ray powder diffraction of 0.2 to 5.0°, and an Fe content of 97.0% by mass or more, the core having an oxygen content of 2.0% by mass or more.

The present invention provides a fluid controller which enables fine adjustments of low flow rates and enables a user to set desired low flow rates. Low-flow-rate piston stop-position setting means 12, which sets a position at which a low-flow-rate piston stops in upward movement thereof, includes: a low-flow-rate control screw 31 which is screwed in a through screw hole 15a provided in the top wall 15 of a casing 4 in such a way as to provide a gap between itself and the upper end surface of a valve rod 5, a tapered portion 32 provided at the tip end portion of the low-flow-rate control screw 31, a stopper piston 33 which has, in an upper surface thereof, a tapered portion 34 facing to the tapered portion 32 with a predetermined interval interposed therebetween and also has a lower surface 33a for restricting the upper position at which the low-flow-rate piston 8 stops, and a plurality of force transmission spherical members 35 which are interposed between the tapered portion 32 of the low-flow-rate control screw 31 and the tapered portion 34 of the stopper piston 33 for transmitting force therebetween.

A magnetic field producing apparatus is obtained which can easily perform a connection work, while securing a connection work space of a vortex coil, and can omit a base member. A width of a groove at an inner peripheral turned portion of a vortex coil is made wide to form a space without positionally shifting a center of the respective turned portions of the vortex coil. An inner peripheral end of the vortex coil can be easily picked up, a junction work with a connection lead can be readily performed, and also a bending work can be properly achieved.
