摘要： A monolithic three-dimensional integrated circuit may include multiple transistor levels separated by one or more levels of metallization. An upper level transistor structure may include a monocrystalline channel material over a bottom gate stack. The channel material and the gate stack materials may be formed on a donor substrate at any suitable temperature, and subsequently transferred from the donor substrate to a host substrate that includes lower-level circuitry. The upper-level transistor may be patterned from the transferred layers so that the gate electrode includes one or more bonding layers. Source and drain material may be patterned from a source and drain material layer that was transferred from the donor substrate along with the channel material, or source and drain material may be grown at low temperatures from the transferred channel material.

摘要： A switchgear assembly includes a tank housing encapsulating switching contacts which are viewable through a transparent viewing port after illumination of the contacts. A reflective optical device for observing the position of the switching contacts is used to view the contacts at a safe distance outside of the tank housing through the transparent viewing port. An illuminating device is used to illuminate the switching contacts by directing the light from the illuminating device on the switch contacts.

The charge distribution application charges up to the total amount specified in the charge request to one or more of the accounts depending on the applicable charge distribution allocation.

In one embodiment, a method includes providing a trusted script to the third party content provider, passing a trust token to the third party content provider and to the client device, and, in response to a request submitted from the client device through the third party content provider, validating the trust token associated with the request with the token passed to the client device, and processing the request. The trusted script is configured to create a trusted window on the third party Web page displayed on the client computing device, receive a trust token from the electronic entity through the trusted window, and associate the trust token with requests submitted from the client computing device through the third party content provider to the electronic entity.

摘要： Various embodiments of a hosted payment service are disclosed. In some embodiments, a merchant can enable customer use of the payment service by adding a line or sequence of widget code to a web page, such as a shopping cart page, of the merchant's site. Thereafter, a user who is registered with the payment service can invoke the payment service and complete a purchase transaction directly from the merchant site. For example, while viewing a shopping cart page, the user may be able to securely interact with the payment service and complete the purchase transaction via a transaction display object that is incorporated into the shopping cart page. In some embodiments, the transaction display object prompts the registered customer to enter a secondary authentication input, and the payment service uses this input in combination with a browser cookie to authenticate the user.
