摘要: A battery system includes a plurality of electric rechargeable cells which are stacked in a row and conductive members which electrically connect the electric rechargeable cells together. The electric rechargeable cells each has a gas exhaust port, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal which are disposed in such a manner as to hold the gas exhaust port therebetween. The battery system includes a gas exhaust member connected to the gas exhaust ports, a partition holding member which establishes partitions between the gas exhaust member and the positive electrode terminals and the negative electrode terminals in such a manner as to cover them and on which the conductive members are provided, and a voltage control circuit which is attached to an outer surface side of the partition holding member in a position which confronts the gas exhaust member and controls voltages of the electric rechargeable cells.

摘要: There is provided a discharge controller for a multiple cell battery that has a plurality of storage cells connected in series with each other. A discharge path from the storage cell is connected a load. The discharge controller includes: cell voltage detection units for detecting respective cell voltages of the storage cells; a switch group comprising a plurality of switches each connected between the storage cells; and a control unit for performing ON/OFF control on the respective switches individually in response to detection results detected by the cell voltage detection units so as to form the discharge path from the storage cell to the load.

摘要: A discharge control system of an electric storage pack controls a discharge line connected from a plurality of electric rechargeable cells to a rotary inductive load or a load driving feeding circuit. The electric rechargeable cells are provided in series within the electric storage pack. The discharge control system includes cell voltage detection units which detects respective cell voltages of the plurality of electric rechargeable cells, a switch group including a plurality of switches connected between the plurality of electric rechargeable cells, and a control unit which controls individually the switches of the switch group in accordance with results of detections by the cell voltage detection units when a difference between a highest cell voltage and a lowest cell voltage in the electric rechargeable cells of the electric storage pack is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value and forms a discharge line from at least any one of the plurality of electric rechargeable cells to the rotary inductive load or the load driving feeding circuit.

摘要: A battery system includes a plurality of electric rechargeable cells which are stacked in a row and conductive members which electrically connect the electric rechargeable cells together. The electric rechargeable cells each has a gas exhaust port, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal which are disposed in such a manner as to hold the gas exhaust port therebetween. 摘要: There is provided a discharge controller for a multiple cell battery that has a plurality of storage cells connected in series with each other. A discharge path from the storage cell is connected a load. 摘要: A discharge control system of a electric storage pack has a plurality of electric rechargeable cells connected in series and a discharge line is connected from a electric rechargeable cell to a load driving feeding circuit. The discharge control system includes cell voltage detection units for detecting respective cell voltages of the plurality of cells, a switch group made up of a plurality of switches connected between the plurality of cells, and a control unit which designates a cell having a highest cell voltage in the plurality of electric rechargeable cells possessed by the electric storage pack in accordance with detection results by the cell voltage detection units and on/off controls the switches of the switch group individually so as to form a discharge line from a electric rechargeable cell of the group to the load driving feeding circuit.

摘要: A battery-type power supply unit includes a plurality of rod-shaped battery modules having a plurality of batteries connected together in series. Held tightly between two opposing ends of two batteries is an insulating ring having annular recesses into which these two ends can fit. Each battery module runs through and is supported by two plate-shaped members that are kept vertical on a base plate by frame members. Each plate-shaped member is an assembly of a plurality of grommets formed from two split halves. Connections between bus-bars and positive and negative electrodes of the battery modules can move toward and away from the positive and negative electrodes.
