    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for creating an occupancy grid map, as well as a processing apparatus. The method includes: creating a current occupancy grid map based on a location of the vehicle and a previous occupancy grid map; and determining a current probability that each grid in the current occupancy grid map belongs to each of occupancy categories based on last environment perception information received from the sensors and updating an occupancy category to which each grid in the current occupancy grid map belongs based on the current probability that the grid belongs to each of the occupancy categories, in accordance with an asynchronous updating policy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for automatic loading or unloading and related methods, capable of achieving fully automated goods transportation.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to autonomous vehicle technology, and provides a method and an apparatus for trailer angle measurement, as well as a vehicle. With the present disclosure, it can be determined whether to use a single-beam lidar or a multiple-beam lidar for trailer angle measurement based on an initial trailer angle. When it is determined to use the multiple-beam lidar a deflection direction of the semi-trailer can be obtained, and laser light emitted by the multiple-beam lidar on a side of the deflection direction and reflected by a trailer surface can be collected. A coordinate transformation and selection process can be applied on the laser point cloud to form a candidate point cloud. A boundary straight line of the trailer can be determined by means of optimized solution of the candidate point cloud. A trailer angle can be determined based on the boundary straight line of the trailer.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for autonomous lane level navigation are disclosed. In one aspect, a control system for an autonomous vehicle includes a processor and a computer-readable memory configured to cause the processor to receive a partial high-definition (HD) map that defines a plurality of lane segments that together represent one or more lanes of a roadway, the partial HD map including at least a current lane segment. The processor is also configured to generate auxiliary global information for each of the lane segments in the partial HD map. The processor is further configured to generate a subgraph including a plurality of possible routes between the current lane segment and the destination lane segment using the partial HD map and the auxiliary global information, select one of the possible routes for navigation based on the auxiliary global information, and generate lane level navigation information based on the selected route.
