At least one image processing area that may affect space-status judgment is selected from plural image processing areas. The 3-layer detection mechanism having an observation layer, a labeling layer, and a semantic layer observes the information about the selected image processing area, associates with a local classification model, and adjacent local constraint model and a global semantics model to completely describe the probability distribution of the links among the three layers, and provide global label constraint information. The optimization module analyzes the probability distribution and global label constraint information, and generates an image-based optimized space detection result.

A controller for filtering sub-channels of DVB is provided, including a media access control (MAC) unit, at least a data compression unit and at least a physical interface circuit. The MAC unit includes a plurality of registers. The MAC unit is connected to the DVB packets through a bus, and the registers provide storage for the program identification of at least one DVB sub-channel packet so that the MAC unit can determine whether to discard or output the DVB packet based on the program identification. The data compression unit is connected to MAC unit for being controlled to determine whether the packet should be compressed before output. The physical interface circuit is connected to the MAC unit and the data compression unit for outputting the compressed or uncompressed packets.

An automatic feedback adjustment device for a digital antenna includes a digital antenna unit, a trafficator, a tuner, a demodulator, an antenna direction driver unit, a secondary controller, and a primary controller. The digital antenna unit is a digital video/broadcasting antenna system. The trafficator is connected to the digital antenna unit to retrieve direction data associated with the actual elevation angle and direction. The tuner is connected to the digital antenna unit and the demodulator is connected to the tuner in order to receive and convert a transmission signal from a transmission terminal into the video data and a received-signal quality signal. The antenna direction driver unit is connected to the digital antenna unit in order to drive adjustment of direction and elevation angle of the antenna. The secondary controller is connected to the trafficator, the demodulator and the antenna direction driver unit to receive the data of the actual antenna direction, the video data, and the received-signal quality signal and supplies an antenna drive signal. The primary controller is connected to the Internet, the storage device and secondary controller to retrieve and store the optimum direction and elevation angle for the antenna to receive signals and analyze and calculate data of the optimum signal receiving direction for the secondary controller and the secondary controller drives the antenna direction drive unit to control the digital antenna unit to automatically adjust to the optimum receiving direction.

A titanium dioxide coating method is disclosed. An electrolyte containing Ti3+ and at least one of NO3− and NO2− is provided for an electrodeposition device. A substrate is immersed into the electrolyte and electrically connected to the electrodeposition device. A cathodic current is applied to the substrate via the electrodeposition device for reduction of NO2− or NO3−. A titanium dioxide film is thus formed on the surface of the substrate. The thickness, porosity, and morphology of the titanium dioxide film can be controlled by varying the electroplating parameters, and relatively uniform deposits on complex shapes can be obtained by use of low cost instruments.
