    摘要： Polysulfide compounds and vulcanization compositions containing the polysulfide compounds, for use in vulcanizing rubbers, are disclosed, with the polysulfide compounds being of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 -R.sup.4 are each, independently, hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl and n is 2 to 10wherein the polysulfide compounds can be used alone or in a vulcanization composition containing the polysulfide compound, sulfur, one or more additional accelerators, one or more basic compounds and, optionally, conventional rubber additives, to provide vulcanized products with improved reversion stability and ageing stability.

    摘要： Polyolefin rubber compositions which are readily heat-sealable are provided by the addition of 5-100 parts by weight, based on the polyolefin elastomer, of a propylene polymer uniformly admixed therewith prior to vulcanization which is selected from the group consisting of polypropylene and copolymers of propylene with up to 20% by weight of ethylene, butene-1 or hexene-1 which polymer has a heptane-extractable portion of 5-60%, and I-value measured according to DIN 53 728 of 100-600 cm.sup.3 /g. and a yield point measured according to DIN 53 735 of 10-30 N/mm.sup.2.

C. in the presence of 1 to 4.5 parts of a crosslinker having the formula ##STR1## wherein n denotes 2 or 6 and Bz denotes benzyl, in the simultaneous presence of a very small amount of sulfur and a small amount of a mercapto or sulfenamide accelerator or mixtures thereof affords elastomers having a previously unachieved outstanding ageing stability and reversion stability, after relatively short vulcanization times using economical amounts of chemicals while avoiding blooming phenomena in the vulcanizate.

    摘要： Novel adhesion promoters having, on the one hand, groups capable of forming a stable chemical bond with the surface of silicic acids and silicates (siloxane bond) and, on the other hand, groups capable of forming, during vulcanization, a stable chemical bond with an elastomer (sulfur bridges) are provided. They are consequently suitable as adhesion promoters for the production of vulcanizates exhibiting a favorable filler/elastomer bond. They are oligosulfanes of the formula(RO).sub.3 Si--Y--S.sub.x --Y--Si(OR).sub.3wherein R, Y and x are defined herein, or a mixture of an oligosulfane of this formula (main product) and of a structurally related, substantially dimeric condensation product, which is characterized by a siloxane bond (by-product).
