    摘要: A lens holder assembly (49) and method of using the lens holder assembly (49) to mark an ophthalmic lens (3) is provided. The lens holder assembly (49) comprises a stem (61) having a central axis and a first opening (5) extending along the central axis of the body (65), a second opening (7) integrated within the stem (61) such that the second opening (7) is substantially parallel to the first opening (5), and at least one illumination source positioned within the second opening (7). The illumination source is capable of emitting light through the second opening (7) for illuminating at least a portion of an ophthalmic lens (3). At least a portion of the lens (3) is placed over the first opening (5). Suction is applied to the lens (3), and a marking is applied to a surface of the lens (3).

    摘要: A method for producing an ophthalmic lens, comprising an additive manufacturing step (100) for producing an intermediate optical element by depositing a plurality of elements of predefined volume of at least one material, said element comprising a target ophthalmic lens supplemented with at least one overthickness, and a flexible polishing manufacturing step (300) for producing said lens from said element by at least partially subtracting the overthickness so as to filter irregularities formed on said element during said additive manufacturing step; said additive manufacturing step comprising a step of defining a manufacturing setpoint for said element in which said overthickness is defined on the basis of predefined parameters of said flexible polishing step, i.e., a geometric characteristic representative of a spatial cutoff frequency and a geometric characteristic representative of a material removal capacity.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for checking at least one geometric characteristic and one optical characteristic of a trimmed ophthalmic lens (10) including the following steps: a) arranging the trimmed ophthalmic lens on a support (110), b) capturing at least one image of the trimmed ophthalmic lens, c) determining, from the image, a measured geometric characteristic of the trimmed ophthalmic lens, d) determining at least one measured optical characteristic of the trimmed ophthalmic lens in a reference frame of the image captured in step b), e) comparing the measured geometric characteristic associated with the measured optical characteristic to a predefined desired ophthalmic lens model, including at least one desired geometric characteristic and one associated desired optical characteristic.     摘要: The invention relates to a device for determining the position of a characterizing point of an eye of a wearer provided with a spectacle frame (400), including: at least one image sensor apparatus (120); and positioning element for positioning the image sensor device relative to the spectacle frame (400), such that, when the spectacle frame is arranged in a useful position on the head of the wearer, the image sensor apparatus is capable of capturing an image of the eye of the wearer; and element for determining the position of a characterizing point of the eye from the at least one image of the eye of the wearer captured by the image sensor apparatus.     摘要: An ophthalmic lens treatment planning System receives lens and ophthalmic lens treatment information from a customer lens order, identification of available equipment to apply ophthalmic lens treatment(s) from the customer order, and performance and parameters of the available equipment. The ophthalmic lens treatment planning System formulates an optimal ophthalmic lens treatment plan to be implemented by the available equipment to apply the ophthalmic lens treatment(s) from the customer order to the lens. Following application of the optimal ophthalmic lens treatment plan to the lens, the resulting lens may be measured to provide last run results and the last run results may be fed back to the ophthalmic lens treatment planning System to provide further performance and parameters of the available equipment to the ophthalmic lens treatment planning System.
