摘要: A speed change control system for industrial vehicle, includes: a speed ratio detecting unit that detects a speed ratio of speeds of an input shaft and of an output shaft of a torque converter; speed changer for operating based on the torque converter speed ratio that shifts up or down a speed stage of a transmission in response to the detected speed ratio; a braking detection unit that detects an operation of a braking device for traveling; and a downshift limit unit that permits a downshift to a 1st speed by the speed changer when a non-operation of the braking device is detected by the braking detection unit and limits a lowest speed stage upon downshift by the speed changer to a 2nd speed when an operation of the braking device is detected.

摘要: A gearshift controller for an industrial vehicle, includes: a speed ratio detection unit that detects a speed ratio of speeds of an input axis and of an output axis of a torque converter; a gearshift control unit that shifts up a speed stage when the detected speed ratio is equal to or more than a first predetermined value and shifts down the speed stage when the detected speed ratio is equal to or less than a second predetermined value, which is smaller than the first predetermined value; and an operation member with which a downshift to the first speed is instructed by operation thereof by an operator. When the downshift is instructed by the operation member, the gearshift control unit controls the speed stage to be kept at the first speed for a predetermined time period regardless of the speed ratio detected by the speed ratio detection unit.

摘要: A check valve is installed in a hydraulic line for hydraulic oil to be fed to a forward movement hydraulic clutch, while an accumulator for accumulating some amount of the hydraulic oil fed to the hydraulic clutch is installed between the check valve and the hydraulic clutch. Further installed is a control spool that is operated by the hydraulic oil fed to the forward movement hydraulic clutch and that cooperates with the check valve to hold the hydraulic oil accumulated in the accumulator. According to this arrangement, even if the oil pressure drops momentarily due to a speed gear shift, the pressure for the hydraulic clutch before the gear shift is held by the hydraulic oil accumulated in the accumulator. Thus, a delay in torque restoration due to a slip of the hydraulic clutch can be eliminated, so that an operator can be freed from having a feeling of torque loss or a shock, and a feeling of uneasiness such as a feeling of reversing on an uphill slope, during the gear shift.

摘要: The control of a mirror's shape, such as for use in large reflecting telescopes, is associated with discrete points so as to avoid incurring constraints and exerting undesirable stress on the reflecting mirror through control unrelated to the mechanical characteristics. Thus, a reflecting mirror is approximated by a non-constrained circular plate having a similar mechanical structure, and an eigenfunction value arithmetic unit calculates values of Bessel-Fourier functions which are eigenfunctions of free vibrations of the circular plate. Using these function values, a mode displacement identification unit approximates a required mirror displacement, which is necessary to correct for wavefront distortion, with a linear combination up to a prescribed mode of vibration of the eigenfunction. A support mechanism command unit controls an actuator so that the value of the linear combination function equals the amount of mirror displacement at a position supported by a reflecting mirror support mechanism.

摘要: A medical fluid injection system comprises a flexible conduit, a supply device, a movable element, and a blocking condition detection device. The supply device supplies a pressurized medical fluid through the flexible conduit. The movable element is moved for forcing the flexible conduit in a stressing direction to cause creep in the flexible conduit. The blocking condition detection device detects whether or not the flexible conduit is forced in an anti-stressing direction opposed to the stressing direction. In a specific form of the present invention, a monitor may be provided for monitoring whether the movable element is exactly moved or not.
