摘要： According to one embodiment, a video processing apparatus includes a histogram generator, a determination module and a sharpening processor. The histogram generator generates a histogram based on a luminance level of pixels of a video signal. The determination module determines whether the video signal is a captured video based on the histogram. The sharpening processor sharpens the video signal based on an imaging model function in which a blur due to imaging is not considered, if the video signal is not the captured video.

摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition containing a reactive monomer and/or oligomer having allyl ester groups, a film of the resin composition which is excellent in transparency and heat resistance and has a high thickness precision, and a process for producing such a film. The resin composition includes (A) a reactive oligomer having allyl ester groups and represented by the general formula (1): wherein R1 represents an alkanediyl or alkenediyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms with the proviso that a plurality of R1 groups may be the same or different, R2 represents a cycloalkanediyl, cycloalkenediyl or arenediyl group with the proviso that a plurality of R2 groups may be the same or different, and n represents an average degree of polymerization and is a number of 1 to 30; (B) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer and/or oligomer; and (C) a thermal polymerization initiator.

摘要： A work having a number of solder bumps on a substrate is mounted on a work positioning mechanism, and scanned by an optical micro head to measure errors of a mount posture of the work. Each stage is controlled to correct the errors, and thereafter, the apex positions of the bumps are scanned and measured. The measurement results are collected by a personal computer, and the measurement results together with control data of each axis are sent to a main personal computer and displayed on its screen. An error of an apex position of each bump from a regression plane is calculated, and if the error is smaller than a reference value, the work is judged to be good.

摘要： A process for manufacturing a wafer dicing/bonding sheet of the present invention comprises a soft film, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed on the soft film, a processing film for polyimide type resin composed of a heat resistant resin which has been formed on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a polyimide adhesive layer formed on the processing film. It is preferred that the processing film be a polyethylene naphthalate film whose surface has been subjected to an alkyd release treatment. The present invention facilitates expansion to be conducted after the wafer dicing.

摘要： An apparatus for the alignment of electronic components to be mounted on a printed board. The alignment is accomplished by illuminating the surface of the printed board to cause emission of a fluorescent light from the substrate of the printed board, detecting the fluorescent light by optical means to detect an image of the conductor pattern of the printed board as a negative picture, taking an image of the electronic component leads through a different optical route and calculating the amount of deviation in position of the leads of an electronic component in accordance with the picture data obtained by both images, in order to correct the deviation.
