摘要: An apparatus for vacuumizing and sealing a package includes a plurality of platens and vacuum chambers, each chamber adapted to mate with a dedicated one of the platens; a conveying system for conveying the platens and chambers along a generally angular path having a single axis of rotation; an automated loading assembly having a linear component and configured to load a package onto each of the platens; an automated unloading assembly having a linear portion and configured to unload a vacuumized, sealed package from each loaded platen onto an outfeed conveyor; and a vacuumizing/sealing system configured to cause relative movement of each chamber/platen pair, along a portion of the angular path, to form therebetween an air-tight enclosure accommodating the package and effect vacuumization and sealing of the package.

摘要: An apparatus for supplying a large amount of bags includes: a bag stocking mechanism that stocks a large amount of raised bags and guides the stocked bags to the front end thereof; and a bag transport mechanism that transports the bags of the bag stocking mechanism to a packaging machine. The apparatus further includes, a bag pickup mechanism and a bag delivery mechanism that pick up the bag from the bag stocking mechanism; a detection unit that detects the orientation of the picked up bag; and a bag turning mechanism that turns the bag in the predetermined transport direction of the bag transport mechanism according to the orientation of the bag detected by the detection unit.

摘要: A powder or granular material feeding apparatus includes a guide cylinder having a plurality of gas suction holes that guides gas in an interior thereof to an outside, a filter provided on a portion of the guide cylinder where the gas suction holes are formed, a gas feed unit configured to feed inert gas, an auger including a revolving shaft positioned in the guide cylinder and a blade provided on the revolving shaft, and an suction device. The revolving shaft includes a gas feed channel configured to guide the inert gas and a gas feed port configured to allow the inert gas to eject therefrom to cause the powder or granular material to contain the inert gas. The suction device sucks the gas in the guiding cylinder to the outside of the guide cylinder.

摘要: An article to be packaged and a packaging bag for covering the article are supplied to heat sealing mechanisms which arrive at uniform time intervals, in synchronism with cycle timing of the respective-heat sealing mechanisms. A vertically openable beak-shaped hopper and a sliding plate perform reciprocal movement at a uniform time interval along guides on both sides, and arrive at circulating sealing platforms. The hopper is inserted into an opening of the packaging bag hanging down from above, and conveys the packaging bag to the sealing platform whilst extending the same. In response to a relevant signal, a forward-and-reverse motor coupled to a ball screw causes the article to advance following the hopper by an insertion rod moving along the guides. If there is no resistance of the packaging bag on the opening-and-closing bars which open to opposite sides, a packaging bag absence signal is issued, and according to this signal, the insertion rod is withdrawn together with the hopper, leaving the article on the sliding plate, and subsequent advance timing of the hopper is controlled.

摘要: A film roll on which a tube film is wound is supported by a lower shelf of a frame. The tube film is fed from a reel mechanism. A table for guiding the fed tube film is provided in the upper part of the apparatus. The tube film held by a clip mechanism on the table is drawn to the front end of the table, and the drawn tube film is cut into a predetermined length while being pressed by a press cutter. The clip mechanism is provided with a clip including a pair of fingers for holding the tube film. The clip mechanism is provided on a slide mechanism for reciprocating the clip.
