The system also includes a warning computer and a warning device to communicate warning data to a user. The computer includes: an acquisition module configured to acquire the first signal and the second signal, a determination module configured to determine the warning data based on the first and second signals. The determination module is configured to determine the warning data if the first signal is representative of an open state of the door and if the second signal is representative of an applied force greater than a threshold force.

摘要： A carpet or other interior piece for an automobile vehicle includes a non-woven web of needled fibers forming a velvet face layer and a sole. The fibers of the web include at least 50% by mass and preferentially at least 75% by mass of hollow fibers. The velvet density of the web is greater than or equal to 0.04 g/cm3 and preferentially comprised between 0.04 g/cm3 and 0.06 g/cm3. This results in a velvet from which solid wastes are easily cleaned, while limiting the production costs.

摘要： A method for producing a composite part. The method includes the following steps: stacking a first mat, a spacer and a second mat in a heatable mold; at least one of the mats including a continuous web of fibers impregnated with a thermosetting resin; and compressing and heating of the stack by the heatable mold, in order to polymerize the thermosetting resin. The stacking step includes the deposition, in a heatable mold, of a first and a second filtration layer, in contact respectively with the first and second mats, on the opposite side from the spacer. The filtration layers are porous to steam and relatively less porous to the thermosetting resin. During the compression and heating step steam is evacuated from the mold.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a piece of interior equipment of an automotive vehicle includes: obtaining a first web of fibers on a conveyor, the first web including a first layer of fibers forming a sole, and a second layer of fibers intended to form a velvet; depositing a second web of fibers and obtaining an assembly; needling the assembly; heating the needled assembly to a heating temperature, and obtaining a coating; and thermoforming the coating and a lower portion at a forming temperature in order to obtain the piece. The second web has continuous fibers with a single component having a melting temperature, the assembly further including a binding layer deposited on the sole of the first web, the binding layer in majority including at least one thermoplastic polymer having a melting temperature greater than the forming temperature and less than the melting temperature of the single component.
