    摘要: An automatic processor for analyzing reaction solutions has a large number of reaction vessels arranged in a circle on a disk, a disk driver for circulating the reaction vessels successively to pass through a sample pouring position, a reagent adding position and an analyzing position in order, sample pouring pipet nozzle for pouring a sample into each of the reaction chambers at the sample pouring position, reagent adding pipet nozzle for adding a reagent into each of the reaction chambers at the reagent adding position, and analyzer for analyzing a reaction solution in each of the reaction vessels at the analyzing position. A large number of reaction vessels are divided into a plurality of reaction vessel groups each of which has a plurality of reaction vessels. The disk driver circulates each of the reaction vessel groups in a predetermined time in accordance with the reaction times of the reaction solutions in the reaction vessels of the same reaction vessel group.

    摘要: Fluorescent dye is added to a sample including lymphatic cells stimulated by antic bodies to measure fluorescence polarization. The fluorescence polarization varies with time. The measurement is stopped after a predetermined measurement time, and the lymphatic cells are separated from the sample by filtering. In order to determine the fluorescence polarization in a filtering process, approximate equations of the reaction are determined based on the fluorescence polarization measured during the reaction process. Based on the approximate equations, the fluorescence polarization in the filtering process is calculated. The reaction process is approximated by both an approximate linear line and an approximate curve. A reaction data at a predetermined future time is calculated based on the two approximate functions so that a reliability of the resulting data is improved.

    摘要: An analyzing apparatus includes a turntable, and a plurality of reaction containers which are arranged on the turntable. This turntable is intermittently rotated so that the train of reaction containers is alternately in a conveyed state and a stopped state. The outer walls of part of the reaction containers in the train of reaction containers are in contact with a fixedly provided friction flange, while the remaining reaction containers in the train of reaction containers is not in contact with the friction flange. Since the reaction containers located in an area where they make contact with the friction flange are conveyed while they are contacting with the friction flange as the turntable is rotated, the motion of the turntable is transmitted to the reaction containers, and the reaction containers are thereby rotated on their own axes so as to allow the reaction liquid in the containers to be stirred. The rotation of the reaction containers on their own axes is stopped when they reach an area where they do not make contact with the friction flange. After the rotation of the reaction liquid in the reaction containers has been substantially stopped, the light measurement of the reaction liquid is performed using a photometer.

    摘要: A shaft for centrifugally separating a sample includes a first shaft element having a first end taper portion and a middle straight portion, and a second shaft element having a second end taper portion. The first shaft element and the second shaft element are coupled and rotate in opposite directions. An adapter having a ring is mounted on the rotating first taper portion of the shaft by the ring. The adapter receives a sample tube and the adapter and the sample tube are transported forward on the first end taper portion of the shaft. The adapter and the sample tube are sent to the middle straight portion of the shaft and the sample is centrifugally separated in the middle straight portion of the shaft. The adapter and the sample tube are sent to the second taper portion of the shaft and disengaged from the second end taper portion of the shaft. The adapter and the sample tube are automatically mounted on the shaft, and the sample is centrifugally separated on the shaft, after which the adapter and the sample tube are automatically disengaged from the shaft.

    摘要: Apparatus for producing timing signals for photometric measurement by utilizing light transmitted through samples to be analyzed. The apparatus comprises a light source, a group of sample containing cells, a driving mechanism for moving the sample cells relative to the light source, a concave diffraction grating for dispersing light transmitted through the sample cell, a first photo-detector for receiving a light beam of a predetermined wave length from the concave diffraction grating, a second photo-detector to receive light beams of the zero spectral order subjected to the total refrection at the concave diffraction grating, a signal hold circuit for holding an electric signal available from the first photo-detector, and a command circuitry which responds to the signal held by the hold circuit to produce signals which resets the hold circuit to release the held signal on one hand and on the other hand allows a read-out and/or record apparatus to read out and/or record the peak value of the signal held by the signal hold circuit. A delay circuit may be provided to delay the operation of the command circuit in order that an analog-to-digital conversion of the peak value signal be effected before the read-out thereof.
