    摘要: A process for preparing a purified syphilis antigen from Treponema pallidum is presented. The process comprises the steps of obtaining an extract from Treponema pallidum, adsorbing the extract onto hydroxyapatite gel and eluting the antigen in the presence of a surfactant. The preferred surfactant is octylglucopyranoside, A diagnostic agent is prepared which comprises the purified syphilis antigen adsorbed on an inert carrier, which carrier at least partially a hydrophobic carrier to which the antigen is adsorbed.

    摘要: A light-emitting diode drive circuit of the present invention comprises: a current supply circuit (3) including a first transistor (16), the base of which receives a first drive pulse signal (S3) output from a signal input circuit, and a second transistor (15), the collector of which is connected to a light-emitting diode (2), the emitter of which is connected to a current source (24) together with the emitter of the first transistor (16), and the base of which receives a second drive pulse signal (S2) having a phase opposite to that of the first drive pulse signal (S3); a fall time shortening circuit (6) including a third transistor (13) which is connected in parallel with the light-emitting diode (2) and the base of which receives an input for short-circuiting both terminals of the light-emitting diode (2) during a turn-OFF time; and a rise time shortening circuit (5) including a circuit (4) for generating a peaking current during a turn-ON time of the light-emitting diode (2), and a fourth transistor (14) being connected in series with the third transistor (13) and adding the peaking current to the drive current during the turn-ON time of the light-emitting diode (2), wherein rise and fall times of the light pulse output are shortened to greatly increase a response speed of the light-emitting diode (2) having poor inherent response characteristics, such as a red light-emitting diode having a short wavelength range.

    摘要: A reclining device for a seat comprises a base plate secured to a seat cushion; and a pivotal plate pivotally connected through a center shaft to the base plate and secured to a seatback. The base plate has a guide portion which faces the pivotal plate. A toothed member is movably guided by the guide portion. The toothed member has a first toothed portion. A cam member is movably guided by the guide portion of the base plate. The cam member moves the toothed member in a first direction when moved in one direction and moves the toothed member in a second direction when moved in the other direction. The pivotal plate has a recess which faces the guide portion of the base plate. The recess has a second toothed portion to which the first toothed portion is engaged when the toothed member is moved in the first direction. An operation lever is pivotally connected through the center shaft to the base plate. A mechanism is used for moving the cam member in the one and the other directions when the operation lever is manipulated.

    摘要: A system to easily detect defective portions of a transmission line in a short time, wherein the optical signal which has been generated on the basis of the transmission pulse which is outputted in synchronization with the horizontal synchronized signal is transmitted via the transmission line, and the reflected-light component which has been reflected by the defective portion in the transmission line is received, and the gain of the reflected-light component is increased by one step for each predetermined number of a horizontal lines on the basis of the horizontal synchronized signal and then compared with the reference voltage, so that the binary data is obtained. The binary data is displayed, along with the axis of the abscissa which represents the distance of the transmission line corresponding to the time difference between the optical signal and the reflected-light component, and the axis of the ordinate which represents the signal level of the reflected-light component.
