    摘要: An image sensor and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The image sensor includes a substrate having a sensor array area and a peripheral circuit area a first insulating film structure formed on the peripheral circuit area and including a plurality of first multi-layer wiring lines and a second insulating film structure formed on the sensor array area and including a plurality of second multi-layer wiring lines. The uppermost-layer wiring line of the plurality of first multi-layer wiring lines is higher than that of the uppermost-layer wiring line of the plurality of second multi-layer wiring lines. The first insulating film structure includes an isotropic etch-stop layer, and the second insulating film structure does not include the isotropic etch-stop layer.

    摘要: A distance measuring apparatus according to an aspect of the invention may include: a light source irradiating reference light to measure a distance; a lower reflective mirror reflecting the reference light to irradiate the reference light onto a peripheral obstacle, and reflecting reflected light, rebounded from an obstacle, so that the reflected light moves in an opposite direction along the same optical path as the reference light; a sensor lens arranged above the lower reflective mirror, converting the reference light into parallel light beams and focusing the reflected light; an upper reflective mirror arranged above the sensor lens and switching an optical path of the reflected light; and an optical sensor receiving the reflected light having the optical path thereof switched by the upper reflective mirror, wherein the upper reflective mirror reflects back the reflected light, focused after passing through the sensor lens, in an opposite direction to a moving direction thereof so that a focus of the reflected light is formed between the lower reflective mirror and the upper reflective mirror.

The hybrid brake system includes an input shaft, a pedal simulator connected to the input shaft, a master cylinder provided therein with first and second pistons, an oil supply part supplying oil to the pedal simulator and the master cylinder, a power piston connected to the first piston, and a first chamber formed between the power piston and an inner surface of the master cylinder. The pedal simulator includes a simulation housing, a simulation rod provided at one end of the simulation housing, a second chamber formed at a lateral side of the first chamber to receive the simulation rod, and a boosting part communicated with the second chamber to generate the repulsive force as the brake pedal is pressed.

A first light emitter emits first wavelength light having a first wavelength. A second light emitter emits second wavelength light having a second wavelength, the second light emitter being arranged perpendicular to the first light emitter. An optical mirror allows one of the first wavelength light and the second wavelength light to pass but reflecting the other one. A first band pass filter for allows the first wavelength light to pass. A second band pass filter allows the second wavelength light to pass. A light receiver receives incident light, which arrives through one of the first and second band pass filters. A controller activates at least one of the first and second light emitters.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for setting a language in a television receiver enable one language setting operation performed in a first menu, corresponding to one of a plurality of language-specific functions, to automatically set a preferred language for one or more other functions. The method includes steps of setting a language in a first menu according to a user selection, the first menu corresponding to one function of a plurality of language-specific functions; and automatically setting a language of at least one other function of the plurality of language-specific functions to the language set according to the user selection, the language of the at least one other function being set interoperably with the first menu. Thus, if at least one language is selected in the first menu, a language of at least one other function is set to the first-menu language. Upon powering a television receiver receiving a transport stream from a broadcasting station, a tuner tunes a broadcast signal of a corresponding channel, whereupon additional information is parsed from the tuned transport stream to extract information of every language being provided. The extracted information is then stored in memory so that, according to a user selection of a first menu for performing a language setting operation, the stored language information can be simultaneously output as an audio signal and displayed on a screen to enable user recognition.
