摘要:
The present invention relates to a dual polarization antenna comprising a reflection plate, and a radiating module including first to fourth radiating elements having respective first to fourth radiating arms having respective bent portions. The bent portions of the first to fourth radiation arms are sequentially adjacent to each other, and sequentially form and shaped structures. The and shaped structures are located on a third quadrant, a fourth quadrant, a second quadrant, and a first quadrant, respectively. The first to fourth radiating elements have supports integrally extending from the bent portions of the first to fourth radiating arms to the reflection plate. The radiating module includes a first feeder line installed to transmit signals to the first and third radiating arms, and a second feeder line installed to transmit signals to the second and fourth radiating arms.

A fiber-optic surface plasmon resonance sensor may include an optical fiber and a surface plasmon excitation layer. The optical fiber may include a core, a cladding surrounding the core, and a depression. The surface plasmon excitation layer may include a first excitation layer, a second excitation layer and an optical waveguide layer between the first excitation layer and the second excitation layer. Incident light incident through the core may be coupled to the surface plasmon excitation layer at a specific angle of incidence and wavelength satisfying the surface plasmon resonance condition. Depending on the polarizing direction of the incident light, an s-polarized component may be coupled to the guided-wave mode in the optical waveguide layer constituting the surface plasmon excitation layer.

In a method of fabricating a semiconductor device, a target layer and a first material layer are sequentially formed on a substrate. A plurality of second material layer patterns are formed on the first material layer, the second material layer patterns extending in a first horizontal direction. A plurality of hardmask patterns extending in a second horizontal direction are formed on the plurality of second material layer patterns and the first material layer, wherein the second horizontal direction is different from the first horizontal direction. A first material layer pattern is formed by etching the first material layer using the plurality of hardmask patterns and the plurality of second material layer patterns as etch masks. A target layer pattern with a plurality of holes is formed by etching the target layer using the first material layer pattern as an etch mask.

Provided are a method of fabricating a nanostructure array and a device including the nanostructure array. Nanoscale patterning is caused at an interface of a resist layer by light passed through a focusing layer. By such nanoscale patterning, a nanostructure array is fabricated on a substrate in various ways. As the focusing layer, an array of beads or lenses is used, and a pattern of the resist layer may include a nanoscale pore-opening and an undercut structure connected to a lower portion of the opening. The method facilitates adjustment of the size and shape of nanostructures and the interval between the nanostructures. Also, performance of the device including the nanostructure array can be improved. In particular, the method and device result in a sensor having improved sensitivity and reliability optimized for an environment and purpose to be used.

A routing system and a method for managing forwarding information therein includes a table for storing the index of the output interface table which contains the output interface information for transmitting the packets respectively received at the routing controller and the forwarder to the next hop and the index of the MAC table which contains the MAC information necessary to transmit the received packets to the next hop is provided, thereby preventing the packet from being lost during the backup of the forwarding information which is performed by the rebooting of the routing controller. Accordingly, there is no need for a memory for respectively storing the forwarding information before and after the rebooting of the routing controller.

A network routing control method includes: setting best and secondary route information while receiving/transmitting a routing protocol control message with adjacent routers; setting a table having best and secondary next hop entries using the best and secondary route information; extracting a destination IP address from the best and secondary route information to set a forwarding table; and when a failure occurs in a network which is set as the best next hop entry according to the best route information, setting the secondary next hop entry as an output interface according to the secondary route information to forward a corresponding packet.

A method for transferring dual tone multifrequency (DTMF) signals in real time in a computer communications system for performing a telephone call via a modem. In the method, virtual connection with the modem is performed before a user inputs a connection number, wherein the modem is regarded as the external device to be connected. Then, when the virtual connection is achieved, a dual tone multifrequency (DTMF) signal corresponding to a number is transferred in real time through the modem whenever the user inputs the connection numbers one by one.
