Active energy beam-curable compositions which comprise (1) at least one compound having one oxetane ring and one hydroxyl group in the molecule, (2) at least one compound having one or more oxirane rings in the molecule and (3) at least one compound which initiates cathionic polymerization by irradiation of active energy beams, are provided. The compositions can be rapidly cured by irradiation of active energy beams, such as ultraviolet rays and electron beams, to give excellent adhesion to basic materials.

The inner tube includes a resin layer formed of a resin composition which consists of a blend of modified polyolefin and polyamide resin, and 1-10% by weight of .epsilon.-caprolactam. A proportion by weight of the modified polyolefin to the polyamide resin is selected within a range between 40/60 and 10/90. The hose may have a sealing layer formed on the inner surface of the inner tube. The sealing layer consists of a chlorinated elastomer containing a dispersion of an acid receptive agent. Alternately, the sealing layer may be provided on the outer surface of a hose connector nipple.

The present invention provides a curable composition for back-protecting material used in making shadow masks which gives a cured film excellent in all of etching resistance, alkali solubility or peelability, and pattern formability even when a second etching is carried out at high temperatures.
