摘要: The present application provides precursor compounds useful for deposition of a group 11 metal on a substrate, for example, a microelectronic device substrate, as well as methods of synthesizing such precursor compounds. The precursor compounds provided are mono-metallic compounds comprising a diaminocarbene (DAC) having the general formula: “DAC-M-X”, where the diaminocarbene is an optionally substituted, saturated N-heterocyclic diaminocarbene (sNHC) or an optionally substituted acyclic diaminocarbene, M is a group 11 metal, such as copper, silver or gold; and X is an anionic ligand. Also provided are methods of synthesizing the precursor compounds, metal deposition methods utilizing such precursor compounds, and to composite materials, such as, e.g., microelectronic device structures, and products formed by use of such precursors and deposition methods.

摘要: A protective window attachment for use with a vehicle includes a frame assembly detachably coupled to the vehicle and having an upper assembly pivotably mounted to the lower assembly, the upper assembly having an upper outer frame placed against edges of the window and upper bars having top ends coupled to the upper outer frame, each upper bar extending over the window and having a convex curvature, the lower assembly having a lower outer frame pivotably mounted to the upper outer frame, and a plurality of lower bars, the lower bars having top ends pivotably mounted to bottom ends of the upper bars and bottom ends coupled to the lower outer frame. The convex curvature of the upper bars creates sufficient space between the upper bars and the window to prevent external impact forces from reaching the window.

摘要: Thin film photovoltaic devices that include at least one lead bar extending through a connection aperture defined in the encapsulation substrate are provided. The photovoltaic device can include: a transparent substrate; a plurality of photovoltaic cells on the transparent substrate; a first conductive ribbon electrically connected to a first photovoltaic cell; an encapsulation substrate laminated to the transparent substrate such that the plurality of photovoltaic cells and the conductive ribbon are positioned between the transparent substrate and the encapsulation substrate; and, a first lead bar extending through a first connection aperture defined in the encapsulation substrate. The first lead bar is electrically connected to the first conductive ribbon. For example, a meltable conductive material can be connected to the first lead bar and to the first conductive ribbon to establish an electrical connection therebetween. Methods are also provided for electrically connecting a lead to a thin film photovoltaic device.

摘要: A data augmentation machine may form all or part of a data augmentation system that is configured to augment data. The data augmentation machine may be configured (e.g., by one or more software modules) to access data (e.g., by crawling one or more public or private networks), extract metadata based on the data (e.g., from the data and its source), create a link to additional data (e.g., based on the extracted metadata), and augment the extracted metadata (e.g., by storing augmented metadata with the extracted metadata). Such augmented metadata may be presented (e.g., within a user interface), published publicly (e.g., on a webpage), published privately (e.g., in a report available only to premium subscribers of a data augmentation service), or any suitable combination thereof.

摘要: A cache memory logically partitions a cache array having a single access/command port into at least two slices, and uses a first directory to access the first array slice while using a second directory to access the second array slice, but accesses from the cache directories are managed using a single cache arbiter which controls the single access/command port. In one embodiment, each cache directory has its own directory arbiter to handle conflicting internal requests, and the directory arbiters communicate with the cache arbiter. The cache array is arranged with rows and columns of cache sectors wherein a cache line is spread across sectors in different rows and columns, with a portion of the given cache line being located in a first column having a first latency and another portion of the given cache line being located in a second column having a second latency greater than the first latency.

摘要: Insulating oil in electric power generation, transmission and distribution equipment such as circuit breakers, regulators, phase shifters, tank diverter switches and capacitor banks for respectively separated phases of a plural phase transmission or distribution line is filtered for removal of accumulated water, carbon particles and other contaminants by filters in oil circuits respective to each phase in the plurality. Each oil circuit respective to each circuit breaker includes a respective filter and circulation pump. However, all pumps in the plural phase power system, for example, are driven by the same motor and drive line whereby a fluid condition or circulation interruption of one oil circuit that requires termination of pump operation in the one oil circuit terminates the pump operation in all oil circuits. Pump motor power is preferably drawn from an energy source that may be independent of that served by the transmission and/or distribution power source.
