摘要: A relatively thick sponge has a washable microfiber cloth that removably covers at least a portion of the sponge, and is particularly well adapted for automotive use by virtue of a microfiber pile on the cloth. Preferred cloth coverings have microfibers with a length (pile height) of between 0.5 and 0.11 cm, and more preferably between 0.7 and 0.9 cm. The sponge can be any suitable size and shape, but is preferably dog bone shaped, having a length of at least 10 cm, a width of at least 6 cm, and a thickness of at least 2 cm. The cloth is preferably sized and dimensioned to completely enclose the sponge.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device has a memory core that includes at least eight banks of dynamic random access storage cells and an internal data bus coupled to the memory core. The internal data bus receives a plurality of data bits from a selected bank of the memory core. The semiconductor memory device further comprises a first interface to receive a read command from external to the semiconductor memory device and a second interface to output first and second subsets of the plurality of data bits. The first subset is output during a first phase of an external clock signal and the second subset is output during a second phase of the external clock signal. The first phase includes a first edge transition and the second phase includes a second edge transition. The second edge transition is an opposite edge transition with respect to the first edge transition.

摘要: A structure and method for increasing the sensitivity of pixel sensors by eliminating a gap space formed between adjacent microlens structures in a pixel sensor array. Advantageously, exposure and flowing conditions are such that adjacent microlens structures touch (are webbed) at a horizontal cross-section, yet have a round lens shape in all directions. Particularly, exposure and flowing conditions are such that each touching microlens structure is formed to have a matched uniform radius of curvature at a horizontal cross-section and at a 45 degree cross-sections. To improve quality of mircrolens structure uniformity exhibited at all pixel locations including those near a pixel array edge or corner, a top anti-reflective coating layer is applied on top of a photoresist layer prior to the exposure and flowing steps.

摘要: A brush having an ergonomic handle is utilized in conjunction with a body in different orientations as a result of rotation of the handle. Suitable handles are readily removed from the body by the user by operating a spade shaped clip or other quick release mechanism. It is especially desirable to provide a collection of interchangeable brushes and handles that provide numerous permutations for different uses. It is further contemplated that the advantages of such a system of brushes could benefit from advertising that directs potential consumers to usefulness with respect to automotive care.
